This place deserves praise. The new owner, Lan, is making a lot of excellent changes and improvements! A small, cozy Japanese restaurant — warm lighting, no pretentious attitude, and the moment you walk in, the staff acts like you’re a long-lost cousin finally coming home. The environment is family friendly in the most genuine way: not the fake “throw a coloring sheet at the kids” version, but a sincere attentiveness where everyone is treated with dignity and warmth. The food? Exquisite. Rich broths, delicate flavors, fresh ingredients that taste like someone’s grandmother actually cared. Every plate arrives with meticulous presentation, but never at the expense of taste. You taste real craft. You taste real pride. Try the appetizers! They're delicious! And the service is unmatched. Attentive without hovering. Cheerful without forced smiles. The servers there remember faces, remember preferences, and remember that hospitality is a noble vocation, not merely a paycheck. In a world full of chain mediocrity, this little Japanese spot is a reminder that excellence still exists… hidden in a cozy corner, quietly thriving, and making people’s evenings meaningfully better. U.S. Hibachi is King's best kept secret. Enjoy!

U.S. Hibachi in King, this place deserves praise! Lan (the new owner) is very warm and gracious and goes out of her way to make it a memorable and pleasant dining experience. Food was good the service was nice and helpful. I don't really carry cash on me but wished I had. Because I rather give my tip to the person myself.

Very disappointed. Ordered hibachi with fried rice. Rice tasted sour and my daughter found what looked like an aquarium pebble in hers. Scallops were small, dry and hard. Chicken was burnt.

Hibachi chicken. Was good but very small portion. I went early so no crowd and food came quick. But probably won't stop again.

This place is very small and outdated . They do not keep it clean . I seen employees handle money then food without washing their hands . Their prices are very high and you get small potions of food . They have refused to sell me tea to go and said the reaso. Is because they don't want to run out of tea for their dine in customers !! I'm a paying customer what's the difference ? Limit your dining in folks to 1 glass of tea per visit bit no They would not sell me a tea to go . I do not recommend this old run down nasty place to Noone. You'll regret I the service girls are not friendly the times I used to go eathere. I hope they shut their doors soon so a nicer place to eat can established w.
