My husband and I have been to many Waffle House’s and this is one of my favorites. I’ve never came to this location and been disappointed. Whoever was working this evening in particular was quite impressive. The food was cooked perfectly and the one waitress that was serving tables did a very good job keeping up. Working in food service is hard, but these two ladies had it down pat!

Surprisingly good because of all the wafflehouse stories you hear about. Our waitress was a gem. Place wasn't rowdy or raucous. Would revisit if I went that direction again.

The waffle was good. I felt bad for the staff working there with no apparent leadership, and lack of training in daily operations. They were polite and nice, but disorganized. The dining area needs a thorough cleaning. The syrup bottles all need to be washed with hot soapy water. The floors and countertops were sticky, seating covered in crumbs. This is a franchise. It feels like the franchiser isn't holding the franchisee responsible for taking pride in their establishment, and caring for their team or patrons. Three stars is generous.

I had a Togo order, was told online it would be ready by 10:39, I arrived at 10:40 only to wait until 11 for it to actually be ready. That’s not even the worst of it. They had no idea what an all star meal was - I asked for my hash browns to be smothered in cheese, they forgot that. I asked for sausage- no sausage. And they even forgot the waffle. So I paid for an all star meal to get toast, hash browns and eggs. That’s all. I ended up adding my own cheese. I can’t even call them to get it corrected, and I’m not driving back there to waste my gas and time to sit while the rest of the food gets cold. I used to love this Waffle House, but I don’t know what’s happened or changed but they have no idea what they’re doing.

I have heard lots of people say they really liked Waffle House breakfast now I know why. We met friends for breakfast it was delicious. I like bacon not crispy, it was just right.

I LOVE the business model of Waffle House but I guess here & with any of them, when you get workers off the street for low pay, it's going to be hit or miss. A decent manager can overcome much of that. But pissy, overly demanding drama queen customers are a cancer and often get back what they shovel out. I'm serious. Sit down and show respect & kindness. Its only the exception that it doesnt work. We complain people dont want to work, well, they showed up for scant pay, right? Spread some love. You wouldnt believe the abuse and crap they have to endure. Low end food & retail is MERCILESS. This store was pretty good for our visit. Cheers to the crew
