Been coming here for 30 years and today was 1st negative trip. Has to ask for the toast, bacon and milk. Coffee was never refilled, waitress never came back to table. Looks like mostly new people working. Disappointing

15 minutes with no interaction other then them looking at us so I know they saw us.
I have eaten at many Waffle Houses including this one. Since the last time I was there they seemed to have a different manager. None of the servers looked happy although ours was doing her best to put on a happy face and gave us good service. If it weren’t for her I would have walked out. The manager was cooking and talking very loudly and very rudely to his servers treating them as if they were stupid. I know they can’t make that much to be treated as such. No wonder everyone working there looked miserable. I heard a couple of them cal him Chris. Well Chris I will not be back as long as you are there. The food was not even good. I’ve never had bad food at a Waffle House. My scrambled eggs with cheese had barely any cheese, I had no toast which my husband mentioned to server and I told her I’ll just have a piece of my husbands. I could barely eat it as it was partially burnt. I recommended going to any Waffle House other than this one. Mount airy is good. If Chris stays there he is going to ruin their business. My daughter had a job interview there the following day and I told her about my experience and she didn’t show up for the interview. I wish I would’ve took pictures of the food

Had an amazing time with my family. We enjoyed having fun and making jokes with the staff as they were a friendly crew. They even had credits ready on the juke box!

We ate here on 6/30/2025 and the food and service was absolutely the best! The 3 guys working seemed to work really good together and had excellent attitudes and the food and service reflected thus, they need a raise and to be a regular crew! The food was perfect and delicious! My sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns along with my wife's waffle and her scrambled eggs was perfect! I tried some of the waffle and I can say it was the best waffle I've ever tried at any waffle house, it was not over cooked! Thanks for the awesome service and food!!!
