Gave this place a second chance, no more. $30 for 2 double combos got it home at 5.30 pm was probably left over from lunch bun greasy edge of burgers had dried out an hard fries cold , an I got all this from a person at the drive thru who literally hates her job an people ,,,,!!! Never again

Ordered two kids cheeseburger meals. One with fries and one with apple bites. Waited 15 minutes past drive through window for food and got two toys in the bag with apples and no burger. Tried to call the restaurant twice after getting home and realizing with no answer. Will not be back to this location!

The food was made incorrectly and looked disgusting. There was so much juice from the nasty vegetables that the bun was soggy and falling apart. The fries were so old they probably shouldn’t have been classified as food. $40 for food that got thrown in the trash. We got our refund and won’t be going back.

Ordered in the app and when I got there they hadn't even started it yet which is disappointing. Also the "always hot" fries were cold and nasty AND I started eating them right away. My baconator was extremely light on the bacon as well. I get them all the time and this one was the worst because it was also really dry. Overall not somewhere I would like to eat again. Money is tight for us all so don't waste your hard earned money here. You have been warned my friend.

Place is dirty ..waited 30 minutes for our food, husbands food was so hot it was steaming even after letting it sit for ten minutes. The manager didn't seem to worried about it.
Worst fast food restaurant in King. You will be here at least 25 minutes. Staff all seem like they were hired yesterday, it’s a hit or miss if anyone will even answer you at the drive thru. Food is always cold because from payment to getting your food is easily 10+ minutes. I was made to pull up to the cone and wait from 2:50-3:05 and then they come with multiple orders. Why was I waiting on other people’s food to be done when I was there at least 5-10 minutes before them? It’s a 7 second walk inside, you’re not saving many steps, just wasting my time. On top of that, burgers barely had any warmth at all, didn’t get the correct sauces, didn’t get any straws or napkins and the soda machine must’ve been low on syrup because this is just carbonated water!! I’ve had maybe one decent experience the past 5 times I’ve been there. I don’t think I will be giving them anymore chances.
