My food was completely all over the bag. My ranch chicken wrap completely fell apart as soon as I opened it. The fries were all over. Just sloppy. I understand it is Wendy's but come on now.

Order taker was very rude. No ice on self serve pop machine. Plain cheeseburger came out without cheese. Dining room was an absolute disaster. Overall horrible.

This store is clean and staff is wonderful. Food is well made and fast. Only reason I took off 2 stars is their app. Not the branch problem but corporate. Almost everything about the app is broken and doesnt work. Read the comment section of the app and its a HUGE PROBLEM area. So sad because it reflects poorly on Wendys as a company. But the manager made good on the app offers. If you want Wendys, I definitely recommend this store

If you have 30 minutes you just want to waste and not get your food look no further, ordered and was pulled to the side to wait for them to fix it(no problem there) but after waiting 20 minutes when every single car behind you is also getting pulled to the side it makes you wonder if there's anyone there that actually knows what's going on. So after waiting for 20 minutes and having to leave to get back to work(without my food) it's made me want to share so if anyone else has a 30 minute lunch break and is craving Wendy's you'd be better off to DoorDash.

Friend of mine went in for an interview. the manager told him to sit in the dine . he waited for almost a hour, no one came up to him , no one checked on him. nothing. okay a couple mins go by &’ the manager that told him to wait in the dine , left to go get burger king for everyone . while he waited. lol. disappointed in this wendy’s. &’ management.

Go through the drive thru & order. My order was called back to me & was correct on the screen. When I got to the window I got a bag but it wasnt what I had ordered. I told the rude guy at the window that wasnt what I had ordered. So I tell him what my order was. He proceeds to tell me it was gonna be an additional cost. I refused to pay extra. So he just stared at me & waited to see if I was gonna pay. Then instead of giving me a reason for the extra cost he said I need to do a refund. I understand they might not have the easiest jobs but neither do I. Im not gonna deal with rude, incompetent, lazy people who think they deserve $15 an hour. They cant do the simplest of task & think the public is responsible for making up for their mistakes. Not me. Never be back to this location.

Employees and service was excellent.My order was for 2 breakfast biscuits to go. Arriving home 10 min. latter found the biscuits were not fully cooked. Made for a sad breakfast.

Had to wait for food, which wasn’t the problem, the problem was the lady bringing the food out couldn’t get off her phone long enough to hand us the food and just kind of chucked it in the window and turned and walked off. Not so great customer service.

This place is absolutely disgusting inside with mold on the walls and ceiling. The owners need to close down the interior. It took 30 mins from ordering breakfast to receive the food and we were the only people inside.
