Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I am still waiting after 45 minutes for my curbside pickup order

I few weeks ago I bought a large family platter of fingers... Didn't come with the fries or the toast... This time I got a 5 finger order that came with 4 pinkie nail sized fingers, not even a spoonful of cole slaw, asked for light ice and they filled the ice to the brim, making a 20 oz cup 2 ounces of liquid... I like Zaxby's, but not this Zaxby's...

It seems that chicken tenders get smaller and smaller at these places. The food was tasty though and fresh. There were puddles in the dining area and in the lady's restroom. A safety hazard for certain.

Zaxbys are always nice, but this one was great. Great service. Bathrooms were clean. Literally, everything was good. (Especially mrbeast)

bought a lemonade and cookies yesterday, was staff was great and attentive.

Yesterday I went with me and my daughter and they were very packed, even thought they were very busy the workers were very friendly and worked as a team to get through it. I enjoy seeing team work like this and will be coming back

Worst fast food facility I've ever visited... DO NOT GO

Repeated the order back to us and they still gave us the wrong order. Our 8 count boneless wings only came with 6 wings. Our chicken fingers plate didn’t come with either of the sauces we paid extra for. Paid for an extra order of fries that we didn’t get. We live 20 minutes away and didn’t realize until we got home that it was wrong. Very frustrating because we have continuously had issues every time we order food from here. $25 for 2 people to have lunch and half the order is wrong. Disappointing and a waste of money when we didn’t even get half of what was ordered.

Honestly, you can't beat Zaxby's spicy chicken sandwich. Service is great and you get your food quickly. They've never messed up my order!

I really love the customer service and the food is really good! On one occasion a girl with brown and blonde hair was very friendly and she made sure i got the correct food. I will definitely be visiting again!
