While on a trip, I met my granddaughter in Kings Mountain for lunch today. She suggested the 133 West Restaurant. The setting is tastefully modern. Everything was perfect and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The lunch was very nice and fairly priced. My granddaughter eats there regularly and has never been disappointed.

Sunday Brunch, Absolutely! Mimosas, Of course! Easy short drive from Two Kings Casino. The steaks and eggs are my go to for now on. Livermush sandwich was a hit with my husband. Stylish bar, inviting outdoor seating, and a brunch spot not to miss!!

Kelton was a great server! (I’m not sure how his name is spelled) he was very helpful and attentive! The food was also delicious. I recommend the steak tip martini as a must anytime you go. Also pictures is the American and tex mex burgers. Very nice vibe and great for a relaxing evening out in town.

Went here for my birthday and my daughter's birthday. Mignon was good. Everything is basically à la carte so you have to pay separately for many items. It is on the expensive side which is fine but you would think since it's your birthday(s) that someone would have given us a cookie, cake, or something for what we paid. The atmosphere is kind of on the dark side. People at the table behind us were complaining of being overcharged. Our 1st time there and unfortunately our last. It isn't somewhere I would recommend to family or friends but if you're curious, like we were, try it out for yourself.

133 West was a delightful dining experience! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for a memorable meal. I had the short ribs that were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and flavorful, melting in my mouth with each bite. It's clear that they take pride in their culinary creations.

Beyond the exceptional food, the service at 133 West was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for.

Whether you're looking for a casual dinner with friends or a special occasion celebration, they provide a comfortable and stylish setting; a place where you can relax, unwind, and savor the moment.

If you're in Kings Mountain and searching for a restaurant that delivers on both food and experience, look no further than 133 West. Highly recommend!

We visited around noon on a Thursday and it was pretty busy inside. We got seated right away though, which was nice. The place has a nice atmosphere and is very upscale casual — a good brunch spot, but not necessarily where I'd choose for a date night, if that makes sense.

The food was solid. They had daily specials which were actually limited time options, which was cool. I got the shrimp quesadilla special with mango salsa and The Husband got the BBQ & Bacon mushroom swiss burger with fries. It wasn't the best food I ever had, but not the worst either. It's not anything I'll be thinking about for a long time or craving later.

I also got the Apple Cider Margarita, which was okay. It was cute enough but tasted like apple juice with tequila, so that was a little disappointing. It sounded better on the menu and I wish I'd saved that $15.

Pricing wise, it's what I'd consider average for 2025 — which is low-key expensive. Everything is priced at $13 or higher. So, expect to spend at least $40 for two people.

The service was excellent though. Dannie (I think that's how you spell her name?) was attentive without being overbearing. It was a very chill experience and one I'd recommend of you're in the area and want some where chill to sit down and have a meal.

Overall: 3.5/5 ⭐⭐⭐.5

Vegetarian options: They offer salads and meatless options, but it's not a wide selection and the salads weren't *amazing*. So, keep that in mind. Very much a American restaurant with fried foods.

Parking: We had to park around the building and walk around to the front.

Our favorite place to eat local and support small business.

Kid-friendliness: Kid options available on menu, is fine for kids, but personally prefer it as a date night/ lunch location.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes to parking and entrance.
