No one came to the counter to take our order for some time. Then we had to repeat the order 4 times. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. Customer service needs help. They all need a refresher class!

It’s decent for an Arby’s. Not the quickest or nicest service, but it is fast food. The food is almost always a little dry due to lack of customers, but other than that the food is decent.
I’m handed my bag and get a blank stare when I say thank you. Get back to work, open the bag, no straw. Lame, but I can deal with that. Open my roast beef sandwich, it’s cold, slimy, and green around the edges. Return the sandwich and ask why it looks like that and get told “that’s just how roast beef looks.” I’m no roast beef expert. I’ve only eaten maybe a thousand or so roast beef sandwiches in my life, so I’ll trust the real experts here and accept that Arby’s roast beef is just supposed to look disgusting now. Thanks Arby’s.

We usually go in to order but decided to use the app this time and take advantage of the 25% off first online order...best experience ordering online. Ordered from the parking lot then walked straight in and they were actually putting our food and drink on the counter in the designated spot making our trip out for dinner super easy and super fast. Great Job

2 Roast Beef sandwiches for $6. 1 for lunch and 1 for supper. Great with cheese and horsey sauce. Very filling, fair on carbs for diabetic, lot of protein and almost no fat. Speed of service was great!
Parking: I guess 2pm is a good time for parking. Drive thru was slower than ordering at the counter. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Horrible the big heavyset girl, light skin, black girl guess she’s a manager. She was rude when I bring my food back because it was incorrect. They gave me the wrong food. She got an attitude with me and then gives me cold fries after I purchase them.
