The chicken salad sandwich was delicious. My best friend raves about the waffles, bagel sandwiches and the turkey panini. Definitely a cute little local cafe to go to!

The coffee was sickeningly sweet and disgusting, the place smelled very strange, and while the baristas seemed nice they also seemed lost. Too bad there aren't enough good coffee shops in this town to compete with this place.

Incredibly cute cafe with coffee, tea, sandwiches, and ice cream. My husband had a Big Red sandwich, and I had the chicken salad croissant. Fresh and delicious! One of the employees let us try a cinnamon toast frappe, which was the icing on the cake.
Order at the counter and have a seat! The ladies working behind the counter were very sweet and did a great job making everything.

Love the environment and food HOWEVER, I come in quite often and I noticed that there is usually one young lady with bangs doing a lot of the work. Today I came in to this employee taking orders and making the drinks and food. I was waiting on my food and she was busy making some other people’s drinks. The other employee with brown hair went to the back and sat on her phone instead of making my food. The employee with the bangs made my food after she got done and apologized for the wait. The employee with the bangs always provides good and fast service but you people have her working too hard. From the experiences I have had, she does the work of two people while the other goes on their phone. The lady with the brown hair and freckles I have not had a good experience with ever. She should get fired if this is a reoccurring thing and the other sweet girl with black hair should get a raise. Do better big red’s cafe.

Loved the environment. I have been wanted to come here for months and stated how excited I was to finally be here when I arrived. The atmosphere was cute and cozy. The staff wasn’t very helpful when they ran out of a few things in out order for offering swap suggestions after we paid. Not tremendous friendly or helpful but made our food and drinks.
I asked about the shopping bags I saw in a previous post on this page and was just told “no”. I’m not sure if that meant they were out, never had them, didn’t sell them but decided to accept the one word answer. I’d go again but given the place was empty, the service and engagement was lacking.

I arrived 20 minutes before closing. I ordered two lattes, one hot and one iced. As I'm watching them make my drinks I realized that they were not using the espresso machine, but instead pouring regular coffee in the cups. I asked them about it and they said that they had already cleaned the espresso machine. They knew this when I ordered and did not tell me. Essentially, they charged me for two lattes and gave me two coffees. They weren't even good.
