I'm here at Biscuitville every morning and I come through drive-thru and I have the best service I think they recognized my voice because they already know what I want before I even order it they have the best breakfast in town

Ordered online at 9:48, says ready by 10 - arrive at 9:55 and told at 9:59 they just dropped chicken and it’ll be another 6 minutes. Why not drop it when the order comes in? 11 mins to drop a piece of chicken? Great biscuit, but lost a customer!

I've seen signs along the interstate for years but never found one open (they close at 2:00pm). I had my first opportunity this morning. A little more fast food than expected, minus the fast. When I approached the counter 30 minutes after ordering, I learned no one had even started preparing my meal. When it did arrive, I discovered mediocre food, although the grits are real, stone-ground grits, which is a plus. Personal gripe: Southern fare means cheddar cheese, not processed cheese-flavored product.

Im an Amazon driver that stops here otw to run my route everyday. The food is amazing but I don’t know if I’m stopping for breakfast, or to be in the presence of someone as beautiful as Destiny.
A follow up visit at Biscuitville in Kings Mountain, NC
Upon entering, staff were being friendly with a party at the counter who was out loud cussing and cat calling a female that had walked in. Staff then forgot to put half of our online order in the bag, plus it had no name on it to begin with which would have better assisted us on finding it. Upon going back in (photo below), the previous party had already left. There was a little attitude and no apology while getting the missing food. The last visit there was fine, but we have had issues before on more than one previous visit. We will not return to this Biscuitville location again.

I order a side of hash brown with melted American cheese and I got this cold hash brown and cold cheese. I go here all the time. I think my meal needs to be replaced

Disappointed in my most recent visit here.. I paid for the order that I ordered, but received the wrong order entirely in the drive thru. I didn't think I would have to start checking bags here for if my order was correct but I will be from now on.
