Went through the drive thru and got a drive by not a drive thru. I ordered a 3 PC dark meat with Mac&cheese, reg drink and a sweet potato pie. I should have checked it but I decided to trust and go with the box in hand. Got home and found 2 small thighs, mac&cheese and a box with burnt sweet potato pie. It was so burnt the inside was non-existent. They suck! Make sure you check your food before you drive off.

Stopped in yesterday... the girl who took my order was nice, but that was the only high point. Every table in the place was dirty, the drain for the iced tea was clogged, And smelled like it had been for days ( if you've ever smelled iced that sat out for a day or 2, you know what im talking about). Also used the men's room, and it REEKED of old pee. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

My family and I stopped @ 7pm today and the machine got my order wrong so when I asked if they could fix it at the window. The man spoke very rudely as if it was an inconvenience to want my order to be right. Then was asked to pull up and wait while everyone else got their order. I will not be eating there anymore.

Horrible experience. Restaurant was dirty, staff had an attitude, forever to get an overcooked and rubbery chicken sandwich and had no condiments. How do you run out of ketchup? This was the second time this happened at this location.
I been going there. I love Bojangles. But when I go and the manager with blue hair and he’s a big guy is always rude and giving old food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich they said they couldn’t make it bc it’s a 10 minute wait. They never gave me the option to wait. Then the fries are hard and burnt and cold. I think I may just give up on Bojangles I bought $36 worth of food. We go there mostly in the mornings everything is great. The same guy left out all the fixings for our dinners last time. When I called and said something he said if u got a receipt I’ll give you your fixings. What is that. Do better hiring Bojangles. Long time since 1977 I have been eating at Bojangles. Tired of wasting my money

I pass through kings mountain all the time and today was a day that it’s so hot, no cooking was even thought about. My husband and I thought we would do the family 12 piece from Bojangles with the 3 sides,biscuits and sweet tea. First off, When I arrived at the drive through window to pick it up, there was the heavy set guy that acts like he hates his job that came to the window. He said my name and I replied yes. He Handed me the box and than stood there like I still owed him something. The look on his face was like I had stolen something so I comfirmed payment and that was good so I came to realize he just didn’t want to be at work today ( my bad for ordering right?) I ordered on the app so it would be ready and fresh when arrived to pick it up. I was ready for the mess that was in this box that I had just spent $40 on. The chicken was fried in oil that needed to be changed so it was definitely not golden brown. The rice was the rice from the bottom of pot. Some burnt and the other was like it had sat in water and was drained and left sitting all day. The biscuits were like they were cooked earlier and left under the heating lamp. The only this that wasn’t a complete mess was the green beans and sweet tea. I will not be back to this location. Helpful the owner will get to work very soon with his crew and address the customer service and food service that is terribly wrong at this location.

The sweet tea tastes like mop water was mixed in and the biscuits looked like someone smashed them. The drive through was AI and no conflict paying, so I can only assume there are some angry employees working, and taking it out on the customers. Will not be going back to this location again.
