Took a dirty rice and biscuit for my 4 year old. I thought it looked runny however when he takes his first bite… he says no mom I want good ride, nasty nasty. You know you’re slacking greatly when a four year old says that.

Got tenders takeout. My iced tea spilled (my fault) and they were nice enough to replace it. When putting the cup in the holder in my car accidentally pressed too hard on the styrofoam and pushed through. Oops. I don't understand why someone would think that I would do that deliberately, would create a mess in my car. When I drank the replacement. It was clearly half tea and half coke. Why??? I did not do that deliberately. Then I had to pull forward for my tenders. I did not get them until I backed up again to the window, they were sitting there waiting, was told she was distracted. So beyond not impressed...
Highly recommend going to a different Bojangles. If this shows how much they care about their customers - they clearly don't. And I wasn't rude at all! No excuses.
If I could give zero stars I would. Clearly whomever was serving me in the drive through lane had issues. Don't EVER take those issues out on the customers!
Btw, in case you were wondering if they were busy, no one was behind me the entire time. Shame on this Bojangles! This was horrific.
I will try them again when new management...maybe

Worse EVER. First off I know who evonne is and she's NOT the one that was there. Then biscuits where VERY hard. I was a biscuit maker there. I know it's not hard to make them. Then who ever packed the food can't count. We ordered 2 of the 4 piece and 2 of the 5 piece supreme. Tell me why we got two 3 pice an two 4 piece. This is just crazy. Evonne needs to do better at having the workers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will also try to post pic. Edit. Won't let me post a picture. Update. Posted a pic of my pack slip in their photos

I was visiting from out of state. And this was my first time at a Bojangles. The employees were out of this world kind... And the Bo crispy chicken sandwich was the best crispy chicken sandwich I've ever had. Better than CFA.

They served me and my boyfriend raw chicken i went home and felt sick to my stomach. The staff seemed flustered to take orders when someone order a simple meal one of the staff starting crying because she had to make it.

People are usually friendly after they are aware you are there. This particular one seems to always be out of something. It is always clean though.
Parking: Parking is all the way around the building. If you park against the building you may have an issue getting out if the drive thru is busy.
