I have not gone to this BK since at least August 2025. The experience in August with the manager at the time and the way she treated her employees was ridiculous and made the atmosphere in the store very toxic (hence my long return). Last night we decided we wanted BK and let me tell you it was knight and day difference. The service was awesome, the food was correct and amazing, and the manager had a great attitude which made for a great atmosphere which led to a great experience. I recommend they build off that energy and continue the service I received so others can see it too. Thank you to the BK for an enjoyable visit!

Paid for a kids meal and didn't get the burger. Waited 20 mins to get my food after I had already ordered online and there was only 2 other people in front of me. Three people was outside smoking leaving only one person inside working. This place is a freaking joke. I will never come back.

Horrible service at this Burger King , did a mobile pickup; proceeded to sit in line for 30 mins and when I got to window they said they couldn’t find my mobile pickup. I then walked inside to show them and had to wait another 30 minutes. After that my food was cold. terrible service

I ASK MY DAUGHTER TO BRING ME A WHOPPER MEAL IT HAD NO PICKLES. THE SANDWICH WAS COLD AND I ASKED FOR ONION RINGS.MY ONION RINGS WAS HARD. I CANNOT GO OUT DUE TO THE FACT. I AM A CANCER PATIENT AND UNDERGOING CHEMOTHERAPY.AFTER MY DAUGHTER LEFT, I HAVE NO ONE HERE TO RETURN THE FOOD. Then I tried to call the store and the telephone number that's listed for the store isn't a working telephone number. So I have no choice but to call corporate in the morning.

Went there today sat in drive through for about 15 min both sides hadn't moved! So I finally decided to go in thinking it would be quicker! NOT! They only had two people working the manager and an employee. They actually had three. However the guy wasn't of much help at ALL! So the ladies were trying to take care of drive through that was backed up as well as front counter! IMPOSSIBLE! I waited in there about 20-25 min. Finally got our food and left. Got home the sandwiches were hard and too much mayonnaise! Not to mention the manager was fussing and talking ALL over the food she was preparing! I don't know where all the employees were but thery weren't there!! The managers boss needs to HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! This is ridiculous!

Bought 2 BBQ brisket whopper sandwiches, fries, and havsies. Fries and havsies were warm and hard. There was only brisket one one sandwich.
