I have not gone to this BK since at least August 2025. The experience in August with the manager at the time and the way she treated her employees was ridiculous and made the atmosphere in the store very toxic (hence my long return). Last night we decided we wanted BK and let me tell you it was knight and day difference. The service was awesome, the food was correct and amazing, and the manager had a great attitude which made for a great atmosphere which led to a great experience....

While the food is pretty good, it is the basic fast food dining. Burger King isn’t a 5 star restaurant so you can’t go with unrealistic expectations but this location has exceptional customer service. The employees are always pleasant and polite. Some are quite funny and easy to get a joke or smile out of. They are always sweet to my kids whether inside or the drive thru. Good manners and kind people always elevate any experience in my opinion. Good job Kings Mtn!

Me n my family like to try different Burger King so we decide go try @ kings mountain Burger King we have been there few time cuz them have juicy burger nuggets was good fries too but this time the chicken nugget was kinda hard and salty and over cook burn not so impressed this time just heads up them can be little slow sometimes.
