The pork chop breakfast biscuit was tasty, moist, looked appetizing and was almost look much to eat. Its a real slice of pork too, not ground up who know what. Excellent

My family and I were traveling through town. I hadn't eaten at a Hardee's in years and wanted to get a Famous Star. Looking up the menu on Google, it popped up to receive a free sandwich with the minimum purchase of a dollar if you download the app...so I did. Upon arrival at the drive thru I explained I had a rewards from the app. I was asked to pull forward so the offer could be looked at. The person that came to the window was the manager. I showed her the offer in the app. She tried to scan the code for the offer but it wouldn't take. She was very apologetic and honored the offer from the app. That part of the experience was pleasant. The manager was very professional and handled the situation greatly. The issue came when I drove off and began to eat my sandwich. I had ordered the Famous Star. It was cold. At first I thought it was just the bun from the lettuce and tomato, but to my disappointment the actual hamburger patty was cold! It also didn't taste fresh. I ended up throwing the burger away.I normally wouldn't complain but I also work in food service and I know how harsh people can be but at the same time as a cook you have to have some pride in the food you serve. Not to mention upholding health standards. Again, the service was exceptional. The food was not.

I just picked up a burger thru the drive thru special ordered. Drove about 2 minutes home and it’s cold. Almost feels like it came out of the fridge. So very disappointed. Their burgers used to be my favorite.
