Manager would not give 2 potatoes instead of 2 different sides on the $20 deal. She said because it was promotional she couldn't do it. I explained my husband is dying from cancer and potatoes are one of the few foods he will eat. It didn't matter to her. Really disappointed in the customer service of the manager and the cashier. The cashier didn't bother asking the manager. I asked to speak to the manager.
An employee from the front heard me talking to them. I was in the drive thru. That employee got my order and handed it to the cashier. When I got home, that wonderful employee had put the potatoes in the order.

Waited until after I paid for food to say they were with some of the food items ordered. Item replaced with was not even comparable in price. The remainder of the food was not fresh after waiting for 15 minutes

Many times I have ordered the big box meal for $8.99 with coupon.
Recently I visited KFC in Kings Mountain and placed my same order. You are asked at the speaker which pieces of chicken you prefer. When I drove up to the window I was given a total of several dollars more because of the pieces I selected which was 2 breast and a thigh. The lady at the window got rude with me and told me I had to pay extra for the breast. I told her that I never had to in the past. She said this was not the past and that it plainly stated on the coupon the pieces for the money. I have read that coupon over and over and I can't seem to find one word that relates to the type pieces you must choose for $8.99. My coupons says 3 pieces of chicken or 5 tenders. It does state you can mix dark and white meat. So 2 breast are white and a thigh is dark or at least that is what I have been told. If the rules have changed I understand, however, it should be on the coupon. Maybe KFC might need to select the pieces to begin with and not ask the customer what they choose if it changes the price. Another option would be to get customer service people with enough manners to speak to a customer with some respect and intelligence.
I don't give my money to help pay the salary of a rude smart a$$. I politely told her where she could put the chicken breast and drove away.

Have you tried the Korean BBQ flavored chicken nuggets? So good I could have eaten it again for dinner. It would be twice as nice if it came with a little rice cup. I hope they permanently keep this flavor on the menu.

Make sure to say your order and check it before you leave. They refuse to do anything correct also can’t seem to understand the difference between a famous bowl and a pot pie. They don’t sound the same whatsoever on the speaker box. Gastonia location is 1000% better.

I went tonight 4/12 and ordered a large fry. Yes, I sat in line, maybe 5 minutes or so, which was expected. I got to the window and paid for my fries and was asked to pull forward after a couple of minutes.So I think, great they will be fresh!Only to keep sitting there and other orders being filled by other cars in line. 5 min, 10 min, 15 min go by... cars still pulling out with their orders.. now 20 min. Needless to say, i pulled off without my food. I will be contacting management.

Ordered through GrubHub and they gave the driver the wrong meal. It wasn’t what I ordered. Now I don’t have what I wanted for lunch. Done with KFC.
