Order 1067177. This is more about the app/availability of product than it is about the store. I specifically ordered a combo that had a Mountain Dew product in it that I wanted... 20 minutes later when I go to pick the order up, the store employee says we don't have that anymore they're supposed to remove it from the website but they haven't. No help at all, just too bad and bye. Very disappointing 😞.

Been twice in the past month. First time took almost 30 min for 2 cheese pizzas, second time there was a crowd of people waiting no one was taking orders and they were making pizzas in the dark no lights on in the building at all. Will not be returning

Doing this is probably a waste of time considering I've had to wait for my hot and ready pizza every time I've ever gone here. But this last time was over the edge waiting 45 minutes for one pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. It seems everytime I come to this location there is some kind of problem. Lesson learned I'll just pay the extra 4 dollars wait 15 minutes and go to pizza hut. The entire point of little Caesars is HOT N READY. I will give credit where its due the guy cutting and boxing the pies was trying his best with what he was given

Should be a zero star made just for this establishment !! These people are the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Simple online order, for family of 4 , they tell me AFTER I drive the 20 minutes to the restaurant to tell me that they CANCELED my order ... such nasty attitudes, no one called , no one emailed....NOTHING !!!! THEY DO NOT CARE !!!!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!!!!

I am absolutely furious not just for me as a customer but for all the Door dashers & other customers that ordered online that stated they were open only to show up at the store in crowds to find the entire store locked and NOT one person inside! Yet they even still had the open sign on the door, hours clearly posted that it wasn’t closing for another 4 hours, and the lights still on! Not even a note stating something was wrong on why the entire staff wasn’t even working. This is so unacceptable and so many will need refunded! Yet no one of course can answer the phones and customer service was closed before it could’ve been refunded. Now I have to wait for the refund department to review it and have to check in a week to see if they are going to refund it. The door dashers are out of pay as well for accepting the order only to lose it because of this nonsense. Do people truly not want to work anymore.
Ordered food online at 7:14 PM went in store at 7:52 when it said it would be ready. Food was not ready. Food had only just been put into the oven. Customer service sucks you wait over an hour for your food.

I ordered on the app less than 10 mins away. My order was waiting on me when I got there, and it was some of the best Little Caesar’s I’ve ever had. The man at the front was very quick and respectful. He made sure to verify my order instead of handing me the first one in the rack, which has happened before at other locations.
