I have been here over 1 million times and every time I come there’s a worker that has a bad attitude. None of the workers are friendly here. They are all very rude and they slap your food together like you are a dog. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the only reason I continue to go is Because I live nearby.

I had to bang hard on the window this early morning for my door dash order I quit door dash tonight cause of the stupidity shit I should have just busted the glass waited 30 mins for some damn nuggets I called went straight to voicemail they all should be fired in my opinion will never ever be back I see why it has low reviews they suck good luck

I went to this McDonald’s for the first time since they opened Saturday night. I wish I could make this review up however, i ordered through their app and upon arrival i gave them my code. They proceeded to say they didn’t have my order. I went back and fourth and on the third time the mangers at this location used every word in the world and still refused to give me my food

Absolutely horrible. Waited for food for 30+ minutes which was sitting there for probably 27 minutes. Same with my orders around mine. Staff looked up and made eye contact with the crowd in the dining area waiting for their food, then turned around and continued meandering about. The woman who appeared to be the manager on duty with dark hair and the only red shirt was the worst offender. Finally the guy pouring drinks acted like a human being and responded to requests for help.

Every time we order at this McDonald’s, there’s always something missing or wrong or it takes forever to get my meal. There’s never any efficiency and it seems like there’s never anyone competent enough to work here. Will be going out of my way to a different McDonald’s each time to avoid this location believe me, I have made multiple complaints to corporate and it seems like this McDonald’s will never have anyone who actually wants to work there.
Went through drive thru asked for my decaf coffee to be hot, was coffee cold enough i could stock my finger down in my coffee and it didn't even even warm. Asked for hot coffee and the young lady at the drive thru shut the windows tight so she could talk about me to the other young girl working up front. Never got hot coffee and this McDonalds. The need friendly people working at night. My last visit here. I will go somewhere else to where I know people are friendlier.

The only thing I like about Mickey D’s is their fries and ice cream….My daughter got food door dashed last night and she ordered a Big Mac..mannnnn two of her buns were hard as hell..like a damn bricks..! I shudve took a video instead of a picture…y’all seriously need to do better

i’ll stop here for breakfast in the morning. On my way home from work. The service is fast and my biscuit is always soft and fresh. Several times I went there at 1 AM on my 30 min lunch break And they get me through fast. The food is always hot, which I really appreciate. My husband has grabbed biscuits from the other McDonald’s in Cherryville and their biscuits are always hard so I told him I will stop from now on at the one in kings mtn!!
