The employees there always act like they dont even wanna be there. They have such attitude issues. They mess the food order up all the time. I highly recommend not going there.

First, the kiosk doesn't print a receipt.
And I did not want to wait 30 minutes for a person to take my order like the other woman who was waiting. Second, I made sure to customize my double cheeseburger with no condiments and yet again end up with Ketchup. Now if I could eat ketchup, I wouldn't care, but I am allergic. Thank goodness my husband could still eat his after he wiped the ketchup off. Never an issue with the chicken sandwiches or the chicken nuggets. Always an issue with my burger.

My husband got us breakfast, he ordered two gravy biscuits and a sausage biscuit. The biscuits were extremely hard, I had to use a kitchen knife to break it up, very little gravy on the biscuits so that wasn't softening the biscuits, dry, hard an no gravy. Very disappointing after paying $15 just for that. I thought McDonald's was lowering their prices? Very disappointed in the food.

Y’all are no good McDonald’s you need to get new workers. It knows how to cook and knows how to make coffees. I keep coming up there and getting iced coffees and they taste like crap. I’m not giving y’all any more business and I got a lot of people has business with y’all and they ain’t coming back so y’all just lost a lot of business

The lady had us wait on mobile park number 5 because she said the food was not ready so we went to park and wait. After 15 mins of waiting I had to go and check our food and knocked the window where lady stationed and asked about the status of our quarter pounder and happy meal since it’s been a long wait and I saw the bag of mcdonalds on the table so I asked if that was our food and she was not sure if it was ours…so she had us parked on that #5 parking for that long time she don’t even bother to bring the food to us since she had us wait . Our food was old and cold already. Crews were just standing and busy talking like they don’t care about their costumers. This happened just mins ago. We will not go to that branch again! Waste of time..

Food took 25 minutes. I ordered a happy meal, a double hamburger, and a cookie. when we got the order the kids burger was made wrong, i was missing a patty, and also my cookie. Half of the sodas were kicked and the bathrooms weren’t well maintained. no toilet paper and only one stall was open
