It's probably just me, but fast food as a whole has become less than flavorful. I special ordered a quarter pounder with cheese to assure it was fresh made and I was sorely disappointed. Perhaps my taste buds have changed, but it was terrible. I give up.

Terrible service, terrible attitudes. Going to the McDonald's is a disappointment! It starts at the drive thru speaker with people sound like your bothering them to place an order to the pick up window with attitudes and orders more so than not! This McDonald's has became a disappointment!! It wasn't always this way but is within the last 6-12 months!
What is this, paid for a McRib and I get this, no heads up or we out of buns just here

This location is chaos defined. They only care about the drive-thru. Inside customers have long waits for their orders. Customers have to stand and wait at the counter for attention. One has to practically beg for condiments. Sweet tea and napkins are in rare supply for dine-in customers. Sandwiches are made incorrectly and the fries get cold while waiting for someone to attend to and remake food. Teens are allowed to run amok, further creating a terrible atmosphere.

Very bad service. Intercom system went off waiting for someone to take order long time. Ending up placing order at the same window that receive the payment for the meal.
Ordered a small fry an was eating them an bout threw up they smelled like straight raid (bug spray) had to take the fry’s out of my kids happy meals immediately so gross

The employees there always act like they dont even wanna be there. They have such attitude issues. They mess the food order up all the time. I highly recommend not going there.

Took 20 minutes to get my older after they parked me.

First, the kiosk doesn't print a receipt.
And I did not want to wait 30 minutes for a person to take my order like the other woman who was waiting. Second, I made sure to customize my double cheeseburger with no condiments and yet again end up with Ketchup. Now if I could eat ketchup, I wouldn't care, but I am allergic. Thank goodness my husband could still eat his after he wiped the ketchup off. Never an issue with the chicken sandwiches or the chicken nuggets. Always an issue with my burger.

My husband got us breakfast, he ordered two gravy biscuits and a sausage biscuit. The biscuits were extremely hard, I had to use a kitchen knife to break it up, very little gravy on the biscuits so that wasn't softening the biscuits, dry, hard an no gravy. Very disappointing after paying $15 just for that. I thought McDonald's was lowering their prices? Very disappointed in the food.
