Papa Johns Pizza

Jessie is immature and shouldn't even hold a position at this location. She's absolutely horrible and other reviews prove that.

Jessie said this was a freshly made pizza. I literally live 2 minutes away from this papa John not to mention my wings was undone and still haven’t received my refund. This was my last time ordering from this place

Make sure you check the order. They always forget the sauce even when you paid for it. They do nothing about it

The female say that she a store manager wouldn't give me my food that I paid for and she called me stupid in front of everyone. Now I feel some typ of way hope she needs loss her job. Not only that she called the police.

We keep getting our order wrong, we always ask for square cut and I had to call today so they actually add all the toppings that we paid for (in the app) because the past orders they just don’t add them, I asked for square cut and the lady seemed pissed at me. Don’t blame her ? but they cut my pizza in triangles and then on top of that the squares. It was a MESS.
Is not good quality, unfortunately we will not place more orders here.

I hate to say this , but this place sucks with their service. I called my pizza in and went up there and was never placed at all. Then I placed the order and it still was not ready never received my pizza. They were under staff to begin with and everybody was waiting like DoorDash for their orders. It's crazy when you wait over an hour or more and you still didn't walk out the door with a pizza. They need to close their doors and not take no orders at all if they cannot fulfill them.. That's okay I went to Domino's and I will never ever go to this place again in Kings Mountain.. I hate the idea I had to give them one star they don't deserve any stars In my opinion.. So people don't waste your time with this company they will not fulfill your order..?

The food is good, but the delays are often so long that it becomes more difficult to enjoy it. Most of the employees in there are nice, but the delays at this specific Papa John are often too long for me to want to come back.

Don’t bother ordering ahead of time, you’ll have to wait a while when you get there anyways. What’s the point of having that be an option- especially those with kids- if it doesn’t even work? ?

Papa John's is ripping people off, they are selling you a 14.5 inch pizza as a 16 inch pizza, when you pay for a 16 inch pizza, that's what you expect to get. The people there is rude as hell. The manager was cussing because I told him it looked like a large pizza. As a consumer you expect to get what you pay for, a 16 inch pizza should cover the whole bottom of a 16 inch box not be 2 inches Short on 2 sides. This is false advertising. And you should be held accountable for it.
