Papa Johns Pizza

Im currently calling the store now......I been waiting for someone to pick up the phone its been 6 mins now im still on the phone is a type this message....I have waiting on hour for 18 chicken wings....I run a pizza places for a while even apply here so I know how it goes....but whatever manager on shift tonight needs a damn write.....I want my money back im not ordering here no more.....after 17 mins someone finally picks up the phone I was told by a female who said she was the manager n she stated that they sent it to doordash.....I order on the papajohn website....she stated bc it was no tip on it that he didn't want to deliver my order....I was giving cash tip.....stated that yall deliver driver have a choice to deliver its its no tip.....now its was 12:06....I stay across from high school so 7 mins tops from the restaurant....she said that he has alot to do bc yall close at 1am......she told me she was canceling my order n hang up on me....that manager should not have that title

My family just had the worst experience at this location. At first, they delivered us someone else's order, then we got our order but not the sauces we order. We got 3 XL pizzas that looked like large. The pizzas were nasty and looked like a 3 year old cut them. They gave us credit for 3 free pizzas but I doubt I'll even order those after this experience.

The young lady tried to charge me when I got in the store we ordered online and payed for it..when I walked out most of them laughed bc they knew what she was doing.. The racist treatment has to stop

Dave (i think) is so wonderful. We order pizza more than I would like to admit and he is the best delivery driver there is!! My daughter always loves to greet him at the door!

I understand being behind, but if you cancel an order because you are behind you should call the person. I'm upset, I understand but I am upset.

Our order was messed up not once but twice and when we called also came in person to rightful complain we were met with a disrespectful manager who claimed that we have lied to get extra wings. James also told my mother that she can rinse off the buffalo sauce and put BBQ on the wings if she has a problem with it. Number one we have three sets of buffalo when we should have had a set of BBQ which I have proof of and number two the food has NEVER and I mean NEVER been so good that we had to lie to get another set for free! I give them a 0/10 if I could!

Guy was great, but I observed him handling peppers after handling cash register, etc.

Awful service, the manager or whoever was on the phone that was a women working at 9:08 on 2/23 told me she canceled my order because my name seemed like a scam and she wasn't going waste her time having a person come deliver to my home. Then hung up the phone wouldn't even tell me her name so I could make a complaint.

Horrible location. Paid on the app then they didnt have my order at the store. The woman working was extremely rude didnt offer any solution just told me they dont have it.

The people are friendly and the staff is growing and they have fun while they’re at work! I recommend this location for pizza all the time! Big shout out to David the driver for being punctual and Keyonta one of the managers there. They work hard every day!

Placed order at 11, then walked in 11:20 they got an attitude said it’s not in the oven. I’m still waiting 40 minutes later for on cheestick bc they said it’s gonna be another 15-20 minutes. They’re not doing anything. But playing inappropriate music in there at the moment. Don’t recommend.

pronouncing that wrong, but he works at the one in king's mountain North Carolina. He is a great man. He should be promoted for his kindness. And?
Respect and he's willing to help the customer. This is the kind of man you want in management. And I bet he would be good at having his own story he will make to company lots of money I keep people leaving reviews like this daily God bless you brother

If I could give just half a star, that is what I would give. Better go back to Training school. Not GOOD, NOT GOOD AT ALL VERY SAD!!!

Ordered and paid for pizza online- went in with confirmation email and confirmation of payment and they refused to give us our food-manager said it was not her problem must be a glitch in their system and that we should leave. Didn’t want to help in anyway.
