Best overpriced coffee peppermint white mocha with coconut milk
I went to pick up an online order and my drink was not supposed to have whipped cream on it but it did and when I told her the waitress just scraped the whipped cream off and didn’t bother making the drink over knowing that whipped cream goes in the bottom of the cup as well. I was also supposed to have extra caramel drizzle but it was not on there. Never had this done at this location, very disappointed.

I try hard to skip the Green Siren people but the first two independent coffee shops we tried to patronize this morning were not open or no longer in business. Sad.
This morning at 10:30, the place was quite busy with nearly every table holding up someone working on their laptop. Still, it was quiet enough for Mrs. K. and I to enjoy our coffees before getting back onto the road.
I've finally figured out my order, a "tall blonde with a small splash of cream" and that worked out well today. Mrs. K. enjoyed her tall latte. The lemon cake was awful - too much sugar and the lemon tasted like fake lemon extract. I would not have that again.
The parking lot was clean, the restaurant was clean, there was still some seating despite all the laptoppers.

It's hard to say, I don't think I've ever been to a bad Starbucks. It's like chick-fl-a but in the coffee world.

This Starbucks establishment places customers as their number one priority, and it shows! The employees there were so nice! I highly recommend the cinnamon streusel cake and a nice coffee of your choice! The food is also better than other establishments that I have been to for some reason!

Everyone at this location is so nice. I won't mention any names because I'll forget someone, but you know who you are.

$17.00 for 3 small drinks that left much to be desired. Rude barista and dirty bathrooms.

Starbucks has completely declined beyond belief. I worked here in the 2000's at a lovely location on Park Ave in Winter Park, FL. The company cared about atmosphere and great customer service. We had a community and we knew our customers, and they had a wonderful time in the cafe and we enjoyed working there. I also lived in NYC where a group of 4 baristas could serve 50 customers in about 15-20 min tops. The line would be out the door and I would get my drip coffee faster than I got it today. All the employees with these headsets now are like robots ignoring you, no kindness, no small talk, just serving the drive thru and ignoring the customers who parked and walked in. I came in today to grab a quick drip coffee on my way to meet family. I was at a hotel bc I'm from WNC and we are day 16 with no running water because of Hurricane Helene. I ordered a cake pop and a drip coffee and waited over 10 minutes!!!!!!!!! The drive thru ppl who were in front of me by 6 cars got their order first. I was the 2nd person in line inside. They no longer brew coffee, they use this ridiculous contraption to grind and brew a cup at a time. This is such a regression. In my day as a barista here, a customer coming for a pastry and coffee would have been handed those items by the cashier. Then they would have walked out immediately after paying. No standing for 10 minutes while everyone's frapp's are made. Starbucks is a greedy mess of a corporation that has corrupted coffee culture. I'm done with that. How silly to not just brew a pot of coffee- so backwards- not about the customer AT ALL. SMH.

Overpriced. Pretentious. No one cares. Chain restaurant says it all. They are publicly traded, and I will short them until I die. Focus on profit first and cult like structure and weirdo employees you will fail at some point.
