Never been here, just gave a 5 star to offset some of the 1 star review's

Ordered coffee. Cup was half full. Got name wrong even though we spelled it for them. Didn't get order correct.

I just had the worst experience at this location. I ordered a holiday beverage and when the barista placed it on the counter it was in a white cup. I asked if I could have a holiday cup and he said, no he makes them in whatever he grabs first. I asked if I could have a holiday cup anyways, thinking I could place my drink inside the cup. He slung a tall holiday cup at me. My beverage was grande. He was so rude and disrespectful and ruined my entire experience. He and another barista continued to talk and make fun of me as I left the store. Sorry I have Christmas spirit and wanted to have a festive drink. 😔

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet, been in this drive thrus for 23 minutes and have not been served yet. If you have 30 of coffee in the drive thru it's for you....NOT me

It seems like this location struggles significantly compared to some of the other locations in the surrounding area. I think the people at this location work very hard but the wait times are honestly ridiculous. I've placed several orders ahead of time and have even scheduled with extra cushion time. I always tip well. The past few times I've gone, their drive thru line is out to the road and I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get my order, no exaggeration... and the last time I went, the barista wanted to have an attitude because she saw me visibly frustrated—despite me being respectful. I don't know what's going on with this location but it's not a customer's problem.

One day I order six shots and the cup is half full. Other days I order six shots of expresso and there's barely any in the bottom. But when there's barely any in the bottom you want to argue with me that it's six shots. It is Kings Mountain so... Don't expect their math to be right. (Update to company response) I guess you missed the part where I went in and asked about it and was arguing because they said I was wrong... I guess you missed that part. Now I'm seeing that the lack of attention to detail is from the top down.

This is an ideal spot for locals and is a great, roomie, stop for those traveling northbound, wanting a break before dealing with Charlotte traffic or after clearing Charlotte traffic.
Couple of tips: Traffic is one-way at this stop. If you’re coming off I-85, whether northbound or southbound, you’ll need to take the first entrance into Starbucks. If it looks crowded or the drive-through is busy, just drive around the back of the restaurant to the parking area on the opposite side.

Same similar comment. I order 15min ahead while on road and still sit 5 to 10mins waiting. They never fill the cup up and it seems like they, at times, dont even add flavoring. I've waited so long to get my coffee that my food was cold and had to be reheated. Im not getting the issue here. Four people working, 3 cars in the drive through and 2 persons inside and they cant get it done? I sat one day 10 to 15min waiting after ordering 10min prior to arrival.....and watched 3 people order at the counter and come and go. 2 were hot coffees. I then said something and was told the expresso machine was down for maintenance for a min.....yet 30secs prior they handed a counter order guy and expresso. WTH! Yall need to get some training from Gaffney. I can order 4 stop lights away and my food and coffee will be hot on the counter when I arrive.....and YES they have more cars in line than here. It must be the new uniform regs or something.
The drive through worker was very friendly. This is a weird thing to leave a review about, but my lid had a very strong body odor smell to it. I just took the lid off and drank it without, but I feel like it should be shared as a heads up.
