We went up there twice and the food was still not right. The first time it was stuff added to our sandwiches we didn't ask for. When we went back the servers were rude. Talking about they couldn't give us a full refund that we didn't ask for. They wrote the order down again right in front of us and the order was still wrong. My husband's sandwich wasn't toasted like he asked his bacon was missing and they added onions instead of the banana peppers he asked for. We need better service or money back

Ordered a cold cut sub via drive thru...got the sub bread and the veggies, but they forgot all of the meat. There was not a single piece of meat on a foot long sub! I should have know to check, but who checks subs to see if meat is on it!

Order online and was excited to get my sub started to read some reviews before getting my subs on how bad they are and how your sub wont be made right if you order online. Well didn't expect to it to happen to me. My SANDWICHES got messed up and also one of my sub came with a knife.

The flies are outrageous, the kids don't wash their hands after restroom use, seem like in need of new management.
Their new ultimate cheesy garlic bread is the best....especially with the pizza sub

Only one customer in front of us but still had to wait 10-15 mins to get our food. Manager guy seemed lazy and didn't offer to ring up a single bottle of water. Acted like he didn't know what he was doing on the register with another customer. Plus I seen 4-5 workers working but still took forever. I've seen other subways with only two workers that was faster. Won't return to this subway

The manger was trying to hurrying me up and in the middle of making my order she stopped and started making another order , and keep trying to speed me along . There was only 2 people in the store , worst experience a5 a subway ever . The manger had very poor customer service she acted like we was a inconvenience to her online orders , worst subway ever

They are advertising any foot-long sandwich for $6.99. I always get a footlong sandwich here…. But I guess do to the fact that they have this deal for $6.99 they feel as if they can make and give you a lighter sandwich.. I regret that I brought a sandwich from them today.. they need to just say that they have sandwiches for $6.99 and not have people think that they are getting a deal
