This is ridiculous! I order from here probably every other week, apparently they don't read their orders when they come in. I pay $2 Xtra for Xtra meatballs and sauce on a TOASTED sub and get a flimsy little sub with maybe 6 meatballs, cold as hell for $11! This place needs to do better!! Obviously I need to just drive to KM next time. 9/5/25 served by 999997@4:25pm. Order#B1C9243C-BE I've called several times to complain, never a manager there. The place was freaking empty, not like they were busy. Next time read your dang ticket!! The WHOLE ticket!!

Was disappointed that they were still trying to serve brown lettuce to customers. The person in front of me even told them notnto give her sny lettuce from that pan. Otherwise the food was as expected. Server was in s hurry to go home ut was likely frustrated due to the bad customer that was complaining about no salt and pepper in restaurants anymore..š¤£

Ordered 2 subs an a pizza the counters was not cleaned very unorganized an had toppings that we didnāt ask for on our sandwich from being in the containers had so much pepper was unreal! Could not even feed my kids it because it was so bad will not be back! Letās just say supper was ruined. Definitely need to contact manager

Need to get some people in there that can spell simple words. Got 3 sandwiches Tuna sandwich was labeled ( 2a ), chicken was labeled ( cat ). The burnt out guy making our sandwiches had to be told over and over what veggies to put on the sandwiches and sometimes would just stand there like he couldnāt figure out what to do. The girl that was working was very professional but she had to keep telling the three guys working every little thing to do. And I could tell she was getting annoyed with them.
