Sweet Caroline's Kings Mountain (by appointment only)

I can't say enough wonderful things about Sweet Caroline's Kings Mountain, NC cakes! She surpassed all my expectations with this Disney World cake for my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner (which is all edible, exceptfor the topper)! He proposed in front of Cinderella's castle and they're going to Disney for their honeymoon.
When I first showed her pictures of the cake I wanted, I never dreamed it would look even better than the original...but it definitely did! It was absolutely delicious as well!
If you ever need a cake for any occasion definitely contact Sweet Caroline's!

Stephanie has made cakes, cupcakes and cookies for me for years. She does such a professional job. All I do is give her a picture of what I want and she does it. Super sweet lady with exceptional desserts.

I ordered the decorative sugar cookies and they look JUST like the inspiration pics (probably even better). They taste and look AMAZING! Stephanie is so sweet and communication is great! Can’t wait to order from her again!

5 Stars is not enough! Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with, creating the perfect groom’s cake for my coffee fanatic son! My husband (and our guests) declared it a work of art and it truly was a show stopper! Not only was it gorgeous and exactly what we wanted, it tasted absolutely amazing! We had a hazelnut top layer and chocolate bottom layer with mocha buttercream and chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate covered espresso beans. Everyone raved about it! You get what you pay for and this was worth every penny!!

A work of art! I send pictures of what I was looking for on my son’s first birthday and that vision came to life! Both cake and smash cake were a hit! Everyone loved them and didn’t even realize the cake was an actual cake! Will definitely be using Sweet Carolina for future events!

Thank you so much to Stephanie for working with me when I was so overwhelmed with my event. My parents loved the gorgeous cake and cupcakes for their 50th anniversary celebration. All the guests said wonderful things and wanted to know more about the baker. The design was beautiful and everything was delicious.

We ordered a three tired wedding cake from Sweet Caroline's to serve about 75 people. The groom requested a special flavor (coconut) for the top layer and Stephanie did not disappoint! It not only looked great (see photo) but tasted wonderful! We especially appreciated the delivery service.

Sweet Caroline's did an amazing job on my daughters wedding cake this past weekend. We had to reschedule last minute from our January date due to illness and Stephanie was so understanding and helpful The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. We love food and my daughter texted Stephanie at 1am after the wedding just to let her know how amazingly good it was. Thank you so so much.

Wedding planning is stressful! Working with this sweet lady, is not! Stephanie was a breeze to work with. She communicated with me almost immediately throughout the entire process. She answered every question, gave her own expertise when I asked because I’m indecisive, she went out of her way to get the flowers for the cake so I didn’t have to stress about it, and she delivered it which is the best! She is confident in her work and should be because it is beautiful AND delicious! (I’ll post a picture when I get them back) Please consider Sweet Caroline’s for your wedding cake! I had an amazing experience! I ordered a cake for a Hawaiian Wedding Shower and Hawaiian cookies. They were beautiful and tasted wonderful! Everyone complimented both the cake and cookies. They couldn’t believe her detail. Stephanie went beyond my expectation and even followed up with me after the shower to make sure everything was good. I will definitely be getting anything I need in the future from Sweet Caroline’s!

Stephanie made my graduation cake for my nursing degree, my cupcakes for my baby shower, and both of my babies birthday cakes every year they have been alive. She is wonderful! The cakes are delicious and they are absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing. You can tell she really loves her work and she wants her customer to be happy.
