Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with no mayo. The chicken was overcooked and hard. Threw it away after the first bite. Also a tiny sandwich. The fries have no seasoning. They tried to charge me 50 CENTS for a little bbq sauce. This wasn’t the first time.

Wendy's in Kings Mountain used to be a good place to go for a meal. Here lately, I cannot say the same...especially going through the drive-thru. The past several times I have been there, they get my order wrong, and there are times that they are out of certain things. It seems it doesn't matter what time I go, I can hardly ever get a baked potato. It's disappointing to order something, get home with it, and it's not the right thing. This is happening more often now. I hate having to go back once I'm home to get my order fixed. At this rate, I feel like going somewhere else to eat, and not even bother with them any more.

Very slow to get food. Potato had hard spots in it. Fries were hard and cold. Ordered burger with no pickles and they put pickles. I could go on and on but I’m not wasting my time.

Didn't have potatoes which is why we stopped there in the first place.
theres an ant infestation here... they were crawling all over our table. i had to smush a few while i ate so they wouldnt come closer. kinda gross.. the lady serving us was a little rude but maybe she was just having a bad day and i dont blame her. food was good but theres definitely a bug problem here so maybe just go through the drive thru!
