This Wendy's after the sun sets it's like they don't care anymore. I'm currently in the drive thru writing this. I placed a mobile order and everything I place a mobile order there is always a 10-15 minute wait before someone's come back to the speaker to help with only one car in the line. It's like they take one car order prepared they food and then take the next car order. They are really nice and sweet but, how long you have to wait at night is absolutely ridiculous. I finish this while waiting in the drive thru for my food with one car in front of me.

We visited this restaurant for their Veteran's Day promotion. We were the only car in the drive through. We were promptly acknowledged and the young lady on the other side of the speaker was friendly and spoke clearly. I believe her name is Haley. She was perhaps the best fast food employee that I have encountered in a LONG time. She carefully gave us our coffee, and politely asked if we would pull up to a parking spot to wait until the kitchen prepared our order. When the order was ready, she personally walked it out to us. She was again friendly and professional. Given the opportunity, we will definitely return to this location. I hope that Haley succeeds in her life. If she keeps her current attitude toward customer service, any company should be thankful to have her in their employ.

Sat in drive thru for almost 30 mins and it was only 2 cars in line, the employee was rude when handling the food. We were traveling, so this isn't our normal Wendy's. Maybe the employee was having a bad day, but her attitude sucked. However, the food wasn't fresh and hot to have been sitting in line for so long.

Was rudely asked, how I got inside, they didn’t open till 9am. (8:49am) I informed the manager I placed my online order and it sent me here. I was told “oh well it will be a few minutes” fussed about the doors being open. If I hadn’t paid, I’d had cancelled my order. It’s just bad for business. And I truly wanted to match energy by replying with “the door is how I got inside love” however, growth. Anyway, I have to suck it up and drive further when I want Wendy’s, because this one isn’t it.

I thought the staff did pretty well on 10/11/24, considering the parking lot was full and the drive thru was out in the road. It was hectic. Most people were getting the SpongeBob Krappy Patty meals. Our food was hot and fresh they only forgot one order of fries and the SpongeBob stickers, but when I told them they were polite and got them for me.

The SLOWEST Wendy’s I’ve ever seen in my life. From now on I’ll take the extra time to drive to the one in SC before I ever come to this one again. There were 2 cars at the window and 3 at the speaker. I sat from 9:20 PM to 9:52 PM for a chicken nugget meal! I’m pretty patient but this place has gotten absolutely ridiculous. I can understand during a rush but at 9:30 at night there is no reason for this. They wouldn’t even take your order until they are done with the people infront to not mess up their timing numbers to corporate because they KNOW they are slow. I could go sit down in a restaurant and get food faster than this place.
