I like Arby's but never think about them when I grab a meal. With that said, we enjoyed the roast beef sandwiches. They were not the best but what can one expect from a fast food drive thru restaurant.

We went to the drive thru at 5:20. Ordered a classic and a bbq hamburger. Paid and asked to pull up. The order was wrong. It is 5:50 and we are leaving with the correct food.
I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. Her name started with a T. She could not have cared any less.

Someone came over and said she heard crispy chicken, I told her no - it was a hamburger.

Still the manager did nothing. I said can we get a refund? She turned to look at the 4 other employees that were standing around to watch. She said, we had to cook the potato cakes and someone ordered 13 sandwiches before you.

I told the 3-4 employees staring at me that all of that needed to be communicated, we could have chosen another restaurant. All this time there was a gentleman waiting on a milkshake for 10 mins.

Never even an apology. Just excuses. I was not yelling and just wanted someone to acknowledge. These folks must truly hate their job. Maybe pay a little more and higher staff that cares.

We stop here at least twice a month but will cross the street to Wendy’s from now on.

We were not given a receipt but spent $22 + on poor service even after given the opportunity to make it right. I would love my money back.

Update 3/11/25: I have submitted this same message on the website that the autoreply bot gave here. I received an email "sorry, we will send you a coupon".

Clearly NO ONE cares about this particular franchise building

I ordered a a. Gyro the pita bread was harder to Rock. Ordered a chocolate mint shake turned out to be a chocolate soak but the people were very nice

Went through the drive thru and ordered a lg
Sprite and 2 turkey sandwiches with lettuce and mayo got my drink and was told to move to the side. rook a sip of my dring it was water went in to get that corrected and was met by an employee that had my food . Bit only 1 sandwich with all the trimmings. I told her i ordered 2 and a large sprite i got water. Then the manager came out and got angry told me i only ordered one and only paid for one. I said bit i ordered 2 with a large sprite and only got water. She was very abusive and said i would have to pay for the second one, i know but what about the drink i finely got my drink no second. sandwich. Sandwiich had all the trimmings Lettice Tomato bacon. Thanks arbys not your finest moment

Sandwich has about 1.5 slices of meat on one end of it. French fries look like they were swept up off the floor.
Completely disgusted with the service.

The fried Mac an cheese balls were burnt an when. I took them back the lady said that is jus the way they come . Said she would cook me some an she never did . I want eat there again .

The guy taking the order tried overcharging me and I pointed out that he didn’t apply the coupon I gave him. He tried it three more times and each time tried to take my card from me and got annoyed that I wasn’t agreeing to the price without the coupon. Luckily he called over a manager who taught him how to do it in a few seconds. The fries were clearly from an older batch.

Worst Arby's EVER! My FIL is in the nursing home around the corner and Arby's is what he likes, which is the only reason I keep going back here. They never give me the correct order. The order given is always cold. Any veggies that are on the sandwiches are usally rancid. The lady taken my order was nice and polite but was visually dirty. Dirt under nails and more. The manager had non-employees hanging out behind the counter being loud and obnoxious.

I came to pick up A doordash order they are a partner but it wasn't in their system. I paid out of pocket for the order, then Was told by doordash to get refund from the store.This is a problem!

Bad service, I told the guy was in there that my moms burger meat was raw and he said that is the way it is and I said no, it doesn’t have to look pink , and he said to the cooker just leave more time in the grease but in Avery disrespectful way. Not sure if he was the manager but he was wearing Gray shirt and everyone else had black shirts.
