Just wanted to eat b4 going in to work so stop here I normally go to d BK down d street, the staff was really nice and my fries were hot...but this chicken sandwich the bun was nice but the chicken looked lik it was from 3 days ago n they refried n forgot it n d grease got a starry drink n was just carbonated no flavor plenty of ice tho..well today a stray dog or cat will eat good mayb the fries will hold me over till my lunch break.....definitely going to BK 2mar never had a issue there.

I wish I had more to share. The locals I've spoken to rave on their menu, but I only tried once and was disappointed. I wanted chicken, so I got the spicy chicken sandwich, and ordered 2 pieces of chicken, dark. I had to repeat several times that I just want to try the sandwich and 2 pieces of chicken. I got two pieces of buns with mayo, a pickle on top of the crispy as can be chunk that had flavor, but no attitude or demeanor. Also, for my 2 pieces of dark meat chicken I got 3 f'ing tenders! Drive through experience. No chance for 2nd impression. Do NOT understand why the drive through STAYS busy?!? No Popeye's, that's why!!

This bo jangles is unprofessional to many high schoolers the girl that took my order was unprofessional she took it with a attitude on her face did ask may I take yo order professional then they loud and ghetto 2nd time same girl an elder that was with me did they have wings she rolled her eyes took a deep breath and other girl said 45 mins it don't take dat long they need professional help even the manager had a attitude wen I ask for. A refill before I can get it out my mouf she walked away understand she can't control the young workers she still got a job to doi even Said thank you she looked at me with a attitude and I looked back at her with that mustache in Rkelly voice

Went for some coffee and cinnamon twist for breakfast, when I drive off and started to drink coffee and eat, both were extremely cold, I called the manager and he apologized and said I could return and get my money back, I explained I was driving out of town and would not be back til afternoon, he said that was fine, brought back the coffee, cinnamon twist and my receipt to drive thru, at this point it was a female manager, I explained the situation and she loudly and rudely said I should have come back when the other manager was there...the bill was $4.04, she told me she would not give me a refund and took the food and receipt and threw it away, I refused to leave without at least getting my receipt back, she called the other manager and told me to pull up, I explained that my car had been running hot but she didn't care, everyone was so rude I actually started videoing just in case, it took 9 more minutes for her to refund the money, the whole process lasted about 15 minutes when she finally came back with my money and said have a blessed day, well I won't ever go back, she tried to be intimidating until she saw I was recording
This particular location has been I Kinston for over 30 yrs. Always great food.

I went to the first drive thru window on 6/7/23 between 8:20p and 8:30p. I thought I saw my sister and I asked if she was working today. The girl working the drive thru says in the most rudest manner possible that she doesn’t know. Then hands me the receipt without even bothering to look my way. She rolls her eyes at me and slams the drive thru window shut.
