Took 25 minutes to be served food through the drive thru. This isn’t fast food. Stop making your customers pull into the parking lot to wait for their food just to reset your drive thru timer for corporate. My chicken was, once again, raw.

The service if that's what you call it was the worst I think I have ever experienced!! RUDE RUDE ...Every time I come in here the service is NEVER friendly and they always act like you are bothering them ...eye rolls and everything..I love the food and the sweet tea but after this morning I think I will take my business else where ..These people seem to HATE THERE JOBS !!! I went in the store in a great mood and the whole vibe inside changed my whole mood

We love Bo's probably more than anywhere. If I had one complaint it would be the ham biscuit. The ham itself is thin in nature. Would like to see it doubled up. Thin ham and a big biscuit....well it kind of gets.lost in there. Still. It's a small matter. Wish we has these in Indiana.

Ordered on the app when I got there they gave one of the items on my order to someone else and then I had to wait an extra 17 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready to get my order.
