Meal was hot and although it took time to get it. I sure didnt mind waiting for a hot meal. Plus, they're super friendly. There's a tall queen who works the drive-thru she is always so sweet.

My bun was burnt so bad it was black they gave me brown lettuce like they would eat that brown lettuce makes no sense to me and then when I ask for ranch for my child's onion rings they made me pay for it and the onion rings were cold and nasty I pay all this money I expect it to be spectacular ?

They pick food up out of the trash and give it back to you. don't go here. Manager put the trash can on the counter, took my half wrapped burger out of the trash in front of all the customers and hands it to me. All because I politely asked if it was possible to exchange because I didn't know the beyond had mayo from the picture. I told her I'd just take my burger back (once again politely) since she didn't communicate and just took my burger and rung up another $9. This is when she pulled up the trash and handed to me. I had to call corporate to even get a refund and that was ALL I got.
