Great food
Husband and I wanted Italian, well I did and he went along. We ordered the Philly Style Steak and Cheese sub and the Shrimp Alfredo. All I can say is wow! The sub was so delicious, bread crunchy and you didn't have to look for the steak. That Shrimp Alfredo was hot, seasoned just right and ready to eat. The portions for both our choices were very substantial. It was our first time eating at Carolina Pizzeria, but I promise, God willing, it not be our last.
This restaurant has the best Stromboli and calzones in town! They serve hearty portions chock full of fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it over the other “Italian restaurants” in Kinston. Other restaurants have tough chewy crust, lack of toppings, and charge more. Try it once, and I guarantee it will become your go-to Italian place! “Buon Cibo!”
Just delicious.
The food was passable. However, there was no indication on the menu or website that the menu was made with non-pork meat substitutes. The area and the interior of the restaurant weren't dirty per-se, but were slightly dingy and run-down.
It was a good place to get good and the service was excellent as well.
The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are accommodating and provide great customer service.
Had to wait over a Hour for a carry out order just to only receive half and wait on the rest still
They have the best pasta dishes around. My kids really love the pizza.
Best pizza in Kinston NC. Got their meat lovers and it was insanely good!!

This place isn’t much to look at from the outside, in fact if you weren’t looking you might drive right by, but inside is really nice, service with an attentive smile and the food is terrific. Sorry, Pizza Villa but the Carolina Pizzeria and Grill makes a better pepperoni pie.
Love their pizza and wings! The staff is amazing! They have many other things on the menu like hit and cold subs, plus so much more. I've never had anything bad from here. We eat here al.ost every week. Dine in or take out, won't be disappointed. P.S. the best tasting ranch around!
