A rarity, I went through the drive-through to order breakfast today. They did not provide the main item from the menu that I ordered. I realize this when I got home and called. They refuse to make good on omitting the main part of my order. The service at this location has been declining for months and it bottomed out this morning. We were looking forward to a quick good dinner from our favorite fast food, Chick-Fil-A so we stopped at the one in Kinston NC. Customer service was good but the disappointment came when we got our food…grilled chicken sandwich was cold (the bread and the chicken). Tasted old like it had been sitting around all day. We also ordered a fruit cup instead of fries with the nugget meal and it barely had any fruit in it. You pay extra for the fruit cup and it should be a full cup....read full review
