Wonderful experience. The two ladies working in the dining area couldn't have been any kinder. Food was piping hot and the place was spotless!

This place is always so busy, but they get it done and I have always gotten what I ordered. No mistakes. The Folks that work there are very nice and so polite. The only thing that would make this place better is if they would offer doggie menu. Our dogs love the grilled chicken bites.

I wanted share my thoughts about the drive through. I do not see how this new set-up is better for anyone. Merging two lanes to one always results in people cutting in line. This happened to me during my last visit. The person that cut in front me somehow arrived after I did too-how is that fair? I will be taking a break from this Chick Fil A, at least until they get a Mobile Through like Goldsboro.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent order. I ordered a large fruit cup and, as I typically do, requested no apples. I've noticed in the past that apples tend to make up the majority of the cup, which limits the variety of other fruits.
Unfortunately, this time the cup had very little fruit overall and was missing key items like oranges. When I politely asked if more strawberries could be added to help balance it out, my request was declined without any effort to address the issue.
This experience left me disappointed, as it confirmed my concern that apples are often used to fill the majority of the portion. I had hoped that omitting them would result in a better mix, not less fruit overall.
I’m sharing this in the hope it can help improve future service. Thank you for your time.

This has by far been one of the best Chickfilas I have ever been too and I literally used to work at one! Everyone is so nice and actually seems like they enjoy working here! I also love all of the different activities they have planned throughout the week! I was looking and they have bingo and painting events and it’s honestly the coolest thing I have ever seen! Keep up the great work and keep being awesome!
