Terrible experience this evening (2/28/2026). Took 13 minutes from when we placed the order to when we got our food. We were missing fries. The kids meal was missing a toy. My chicken sandwich had two bottom buns and did not have extra pickle. They were out of Polynesian sauce. Staff was unprofessional and rude. The ladies taking the orders outside were speaking negatively about customers out loud and obnoxiously. Mya put our order in incorrectly (ordered a #2 and she just put in the sandwich) and was very short with us. Then when we finally get to the window there was staff members twerking and then they all were so distracted by someone who dropped a box of syrup. 0/10 recommend.

I love the grilled nuggets. I get 12 and a half and half tea and I'm good to go.
The staff is always friendly and efficient. People are happy and talking. It's a very safe friendly place to eat.
My meal cost only $10. I am very happy with the prices at Chick-fil-A

I ordered a Cobb Salad and I was given 2 slices of an egg. Not a whole egg slice but two pieces off of a sliced egg. Please do better. I already don’t like wasting money and here comes this salad looking crazy. Stop half stepping and fix the salad how it’s supposed to be smh.

Waited about 10 mins for a salad that was mostly bad, most lettuce was brown and disgusting. After picking through it there was hardly anything left to eat. Barely any fruit on the salad also. Waste of money and gas.

A rarity, I went through the drive-through to order breakfast today. They did not provide the main item from the menu that I ordered. I realize this when I got home and called. They refuse to make good on omitting the main part of my order. The service at this location has been declining for months and it bottomed out this morning. Would not recommend. it’s sad, because they have the market cornered in the city so nothing will change as far as they’re declining quality of service for their customers.
