I went through the drive through today for some lunch nibbles. The drive through staff were excellent! They got my order correct, the food was yummy (“Yes Chef!) and the ladies at the food pick up window serenaded me with one of the many songs I’ve heard involving my first name. Great experience!
A young man served me, said his name was Caleb. He was incredibly rude, and snarky. I was absolutely shocked by his attitude. If I wanted poor service, I would’ve gone to mc’donalds.
Get him out of the store!

Chicken sandwich and fries great as always. There were about 20 cars in the drive thru but was in and out within 5-6 minutes. This Kinston Chick Fil A has the system down for sure!

This location continues to suck every time. Why anyone wants to eat here... Is that the normal amount of fries in that container. Manager said I could come back to the store and get replacement food another day. Should have just refunded the mistakes.
This location has gone down since the remodel. Orders have consistently been wrong and the staff is showing their exhaustion in their personality and quality of work. The drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and overwhelming and the counter ordering can be so chaotic you just walk out. I did an online order today and a co-worker picked it up. She thought she saw everything in the bag but got back to the office only to find several things missing. The staff is trying very hard to get customers served in a quick timely manner but making mistakes through these efforts. They are tired and overwhelmed 😪. It is either a site specific issue or a company issue that needs rendering.
They need help.

We were looking forward to a quick good dinner from our favorite fast food, Chick-Fil-A so we stopped at the one in Kinston NC. Customer service was good but the disappointment came when we got our food…grilled chicken sandwich was cold (the bread and the chicken). Tasted old like it had been sitting around all day. We also ordered a fruit cup instead of fries with the nugget meal and it barely had any fruit in it. You pay extra for the fruit cup and it should be a full cup. It normally has strawberries, blueberries, orange slices and apple. This ONLY had apples and a couple of oranges. Chick-fil-a should be ashamed to charge that much for food and it be that sorry. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Do better Kinston Chick-Fil-A!!!

Had a terrible experience at this location—honestly a joke for a Chick-fil-A. I ordered through the drive-thru in the rain and asked for a banana shake that was on promo. After the menu board, I was told to park and go inside to pay the extra $1.33 for the shake. This made no sense—why not just charge me in the drive-thru? It felt like they didn’t trust their own staff to handle the extra charge. Inside, I asked for a refund, and they acted confused, saying I’d already received my food (which I hadn’t). The whole situation was a mess, and I felt like I was being punished over a simple order. For a chicken sandwich, the hassle just wasn’t worth it.”

I can’t say enough good things about Chick-Fil-A in Kinston, NC! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service from the staff. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. What really stands out to me is the manager's dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere; they go above and beyond to remember faces and names, which makes each visit feel personal and special. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the overall experience is just top-notch. Keep up the fantastic work!

I am a huge fan of Chick fil A but when they got my order wrong which does happen on occasion the window attendant had a discontent look on her face which is so unusual for them. The manager came over and immediately fixed it. The bathrooms needed attention as the trash was overflowing. The best chicken sandwich on the market hands down.
