Absolutely the worst Hardees I have ever had. The slowest delivery speed. The girl that took the order had an attitude like she was inconvenienced taking my order, then we wait FOREVER IN DRIVE-THRU! They dont tell us why or interact with us at all. Just the worst service. I was so angry bh the time we gor our food. They the chicken biscuit was cooked in old grease. You could smell it before u bit into it. The hashbrowns same. Just disgusting. We paid 20 bucks for terrible service and nasty food.

After my bad experience at the Hardee’s on 70 I spoke with a wonderful GM that recommended me to this Hardee’s and I would say that my overall experience at Hardee’s has definitely changed 100% the staff here was super friendly. They were Patient took my order for the re make my food was got and fresh i am extremely satisfied and appreciate Hardee’s for reaching out to me and making it right. I would recommend this store to my friends and family because they have great customer service and their food is outstanding. Thank you for making it right. I really appreciate it!!!!!! My family and I are our satisfied and will be returning to this nice clean store soon in the future!!!!!!

Every time I visit this restaurant I ALWAYS get good service...the workers are VERY VERY respectful and courteous and ALWAYS have a smile on their face.
Had a very pleasant experience! We ordered a lot of different meals in very specific ways and they all worked as a team to make it happen for us. A great fast food experience!
Dietary restrictions: We made sure to tell them about our daughters dairy allergy and they took extra steps to make her food right.

I bought the $5.99 bag, the double cheeseburgers: buns were dry and tough, the patties weren't much bigger than a sausage patty, they were dry and crunchy, and the fries were tough. To be honest, I think they threw it all into the microwave. I was so disappointed, but I was traveling back from a wedding and eating in my car. If not, I would have turned around and taken it back.
