I love Hardees. So disappointed that our chicken biscuits we refried and warmed up from previous. Not fresh at all and tasted old. Dark and hard due fo refry. Super friendly team member at drive through. Wish the food was fresh
Absolutely the worst Hardees I have ever had. The slowest delivery speed. The girl that took the order had an attitude like she was inconvenienced taking my order, then we wait FOREVER IN DRIVE-THRU! They dont tell us why or interact with us at all. Just the worst service. I was so angry bh the time we gor our food. They the chicken biscuit was cooked in old grease. You could smell it before u bit into it. The hashbrowns same. Just disgusting. We paid 20 bucks for terrible service and nasty food.

After my bad experience at the Hardee’s on 70 I spoke with a wonderful GM that recommended me to this Hardee’s and I would say that my overall experience at Hardee’s has definitely changed 100% the staff here was super friendly. They were Patient took my order for the re make my food was got and fresh i am extremely satisfied and appreciate Hardee’s for reaching out to me and making it right. I would recommend this store to my friends and family because they have great customer service and their food is outstanding. Thank you for making it right. I really appreciate it!!!!!! My family and I are our satisfied and will be returning to this nice clean store soon in the future!!!!!!
