Don't stop for breakfast if you're in a hurry....my goodness. Went inside to order "to-go". Waited for our order for 24 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. And no more than 8 people inside eating...No care, no worries, just the employee cutting up and telling jokes to one another.... not going back to that location..

I was raised in a Trailer Park, full of struggling families. I’ve been eating at Hardees since the Hamburger Specials were 3 for $1.00. I seek out Hardees while traveling because of the Quailty & Southern Hospitality. I always try to put myself in others shoes and understand off days. That being said this Hardees (BY HAMPTON INN in KINGSTON off HWY 70) WINS the MOST HORRIBLE AWARD! I’ve NEVER had such unbelievable POOR Customer Service & the smell was absolutely nauseating. Between the two the Customer Service was worse.If you want to be disrespected, eat questionable COLD food while breathing OLD Sewage & Body Odor then this is your place. I’m secretly going back to do a TIKTOK & YouTube because these people need to be famous.

I went thru the drive thru to get myself and mom some dinner on the way home mom chicken tenders were so hard i could not even cut them up with a knife my burger was ok but really messy hardees will be off the menu for awhile

Stopped and ordered two Loaded Omelet biscuits on the way to work this morning (11/10/23). Got to work to find that they had given me one plain biscuit and one sausage biscuit instead. these jackfucks think they deserve $15 an hour? They don't even deserve minimum wage. Great job Hardee's, you just handed Burger King another customer.

Food was cold and hard I think it was old I threw it away it was a hot ham and cheese my favorite usually the last 3 times I've gotten it something was wrong with it.
I love Hardee's, I hate so many of them are going out of business. They're burgers and chicken strips are unmatched.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meal optionsWheelchair accessibility: There was handicap parking and ramps.

Ordered two Loaded Omelet biscuits on the way to work this morning (11/10/23) and arrived at work to find that I actually received one plain dry ass biscuit and one sausage biscuit. And these people think their labor is worth $15 an hour? They aren't worth minimum wage. It is Burger King from this day forward.

I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit as you can see on receipt. What I got is a steak biscuit. How do you give a customer wrong item after you take the order. More attention needs to be paid to orders that they will be correct. Very disappointed.

I'd rate Hardee's with 4 stars. My recent visit was decent; I popped in for a strawberry milkshake, and it was a quick in-and-out affair. However, I must admit that the whipped cream on top left a bit to be desired, as it left a somewhat coating feeling in my mouth.On the positive side, the service was friendly enough, which always enhances the dining experience. I happened to visit during a time that's not usually very busy, so the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.One aspect that could use improvement, though, is the atmosphere. It seems like it could benefit from a bit of renovation to enhance the overall dining ambiance. If you're looking for a convenient and friendly spot for a quick treat, Hardee's still delivers in that regard.
