Jersey Mike's Subs

It took 20 minutes for me to get my Buffalo Chicken sub with only one other person in the store. Come to find out, it took so long because my single chicken sandwich was cooked with an entire grill of bacon. So, of course my entire sub went into the trashcan since it tasted like bacon. I would think common sense tells a person not to cook something on a grill with 60 slices of bacon. Will not be going back. I wasted $14 on bacon grease flavored garbage. To think I even tipped when paying. Lesson learned.

Ticket #01-003202-99-020994 ordered chicken phily! Received a steak phily. Normally your food n service are excellent. When we order we expect precisely what we ordered We expect a free sub from the owner for this mix up

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Even if you order online your order is still not going to be made in a timely matter. Currently sitting in the lobby waiting over 30 minutes for a SUB! A SUB!!! Lady said she ordered online and still waiting before I even got here…. Sad place…

Mobile order took almost a hour. Nov 14th uber order, grill cook a stout fellow, seemed to be the slowest member of the team. Instead of getting the meats grilling, he slices the bread first grill empty, it's a sight to behold. 4000 uber deliveries never seen anything like it. Going in 40 min wait. He obviously hates his job.

This is one of those Jersey Mike's I try to stay out of. The energy is very dull and you're never really met with anything but lost faces looking at you like they don't want to be at work.
Everytime I come to this location in which it's only when I'm visiting and my party wants a sub it's always something. They're not attentive and the food is mid at best. I don't normally leave review but this Mike's doesn't run smooth like other Mike's in surrounding areas.

This location of Jersey Mike's is outstanding. My mother-in-law fell in their store within the first or so month of them being open. The staff was SO incredible about it when it happened, and when my father-in-law came in a different day without her, they remembered him and asked where she was and if she was OK. She had no major injuries when she fell, but she's been going through chemotherapy treatments for over a year now, and her health has gotten worse recently. When my father-in-law goes in, they never cease to ask about her, and they treat them both like absolute royalty.
Aside from this, their staff is friendly, their restaurant is clean, the service is exceptional, the ingredients are fresh and tasty. What more could u ask for? I'm so thankful Jersey Mike's is here in little Kinston, NC. Thank yall for being here, for our community and for my family.

The Kinston store doesn’t meet the standards of other locations I have ordered from. The employees lack enthusiasm and the quality of food is below standards. At other Jerseys Mikes, the employees welcome customers with a smile and are not afraid to add ingredients to your order. One person at this store greeted me which was the guy at the register. The younger girl slicing the meet at 10:57am on Aug. 19, negatively represents the franchise.She did not greet or make eye contact with me. Her face contorted into a look of rage with furrow brows and lips curled into a snarl as she sliced my meat for my number 8 in a tub with extra meat. Which by the way, didn’t include extra meat ,but I was charged for it. The sub in the tub had the same amount of meat as a regular sub including the 2 pcs of bacon. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and banana peppers were spares. I had to ask the guy making my sub in the tub for more lettuce and the guy at the register for ranch dressing. He returned with one packet. I also noticed other locations have a daily special except the Kinston store. I don’t think I will return to this location moving forward. I would rather drive anywhere but here. The first time I ordered from here was a disappointment. I placed an online order for a chicken sub, Mikes way and instead I received spares amount of dry chicken and cheese. I guess the restaurant ran out of the other ingredients or perhaps reached their limit for the day. This visit was my second and last visit.

Wonderful customer service and food preparation. Very clean establishment and fresh food. Very polite workers who blessed my day as I made purchase . I will definitely be back for some more tasty fresh service.

Customer service is terrible!!! I walked in and was greeted by a nice heavy set young white man. Everyone else (5 other people) completely ignored me. No biggie. I proceed to the slicing/ordering station. He called for a slicer because he doesn't do the slicing. I waited and waited and a girl standing directly behind the nice young man looked around like she was busy but she wasn't. I was the only one waiting for a sandwich to be made. She slowly turns around, talks to someone out of sight, puts on some gloves and casually walks to the slicer and just looks at me. I say reg turkey and prov. Without saying a word she turns around and grabs white bread. So I let her cut it and then said I want wheat.
She slices the bread carelessly and uneven. Moving on to the veggie station, different girl same lack of care. I say I want Mike's way add this and that. Without asking if that is all, she closes up my sandwich and hands off to the only nice person present. I wanted more pepper she pretended like I never said that. I let it go.. Nice guy wraps my sandwich, made good convo and slides my sandwich to the cash counter. Again I'm ignored by people standing less that 4 ft away. Older white woman turns around without greeting. Asked nice guy what it was and rung me up and turned around again. I was not happy!!! I even told the nice guy I feel invisible and he made the face like he sees this often.
Awful service 😢 I came in a great mood and left absolutely upset. I love jersey Mike's but I never want to go to this location again.

This location should have never opened it’s nasty and dirty and the service is horrible the ladies who work there has the nastiest attitude to be in customer service the guy who says he’s the manager is the worst he stands there and let them be rude to customers. I absolutely love the one in Goldsboro but this kinston location is awful. The health department need to shut them down they lay your food on a nasty counter. They handle food and money all together it’s the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been in.
