Eventhough we had to wait for our pot pie, it was close to closing time so they had ran out. We waited patiently and our chicken was awesome an shot as well! Great food!

I scheduled extra crispy and they gave me few extra crispy few regular chicken I’m very much disappointed as this store does to be every time last time I was atleast told they don’t have extra crispy but today and my previous order before they didn’t mention anything just gave me regular chicken very disappointed even after scheduling order 3 hours early in official kfc application see colour difference between regular and crispy chicken

If I could give it a zero I would, I ordered a 3 piece dinner all legs mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw when I got home I had a leg 2 thighs and 2 coleslaw and no mashed potatoes ,and they are always so rude!!

Couldn't tell you the last time I ate at KFC. Now I know why I don't go there. The service was good. The lady at the window was so nice. I got my food and went back to work. When I sat down, I of course was looking at the food, checking it out. Took a bite of the Mac and cheese and then picked up a nugget and broke it in half and it wasn't even cooked fully. Still pink and mushy. Are you serious? You could of gave me food poisoning! It made me sick to my stomach knowing I took a bite of the food ,where raw chicken was laid on top of. I didn't even go back because I definitely didn't want anymore food and I wasn't going to make a fuss with any of the employees. Train your employees to do their job properly. I know you should be temping your food. Hope nobody got sick off there food today!

I got extra gravy for on the side and it was watered down they won't very nice and my chicken was reheated which was not good and it tasted nasty My french fries were soggy and they didn't even fill it up So expensive but not worth the money 😡 I've been other times and it won't like that must be the workers

My wife and I like to get a pot pie every couple weeks.
The last two times, the aluminum pan pan has an big dent in the bottom that take up at least 25-30% of the volume, the dent is obviously intentional as both my wife’s and mine look almost identical.
This is an obviously done to allow them to put less filling in the pot pies.

This KFC at this location is the most absolute worst one I’ve been to in American history. I went to this location on January 24, 2025 for a quick bite to eat and ordered some of their chicken littles upon arriving at the drive thru to place my order the lady at the drive thru was actually very nice and understanding had no issues with placing my order it was receiving my order was the main problem I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my food and then when I received my food one of my chicken littles had green mold 🤢🤮 on it that was absolutely unacceptable never been treated so nasty in my life. I walked back in the restaurant to receive my full refund to show them their mistake the lady at the register looked disgusted as well by the mold and I received my refund and left. All I can say is stay far away from this KFC in Kinston NC because you don’t know what you’re gonna get.

Fastest service for food ever at KFC! Very clean, workers doing great, friendly, speed with purpose and nice. Delicious crispy chicken and my pot pie was so yummy, exactly what I wanted and exceeded our expectations! Great job to all who worked tonight. We think y'all da best!
