King's Restaurant Reviews
Thank you to the staff at Kings! They made an accommodation for my son who has food sensory. As door dash limits your options I asked if he could have hushpuppies in place of another side as he steals all of mine and his siblings ☺️ he devoured it and only left a few fries!
Always good food and good service. The bbq, ribs, fried chicken, fried pork chop, and hush puppies are a few of our favorite menu choices. The chocolate chip and bourbon pecan pies are extra delicious We love Kings!

King's Restaurant serves tender BBQ, although some find it too vinegar-heavy. The cole slaw is fresh, while the yea is very sweet. The BBQ chicken is average, made with bottled sauce. The bathroom needs improvement. The BBQ is now spicier compared to the past. Customers have noted issues with service, mentioning that it can be strange at times, though some staff members are friendly and attentive. A popular dish is the “pig in a pup,” a BBQ sandwich served in a giant hush puppy, which many enjoy. The restaurant features a buffet with good food, and the oyster bar is well-liked, with a quick and entertaining oyster opener. Kid-friendliness is a plus, with paper and crayons available for children. However, there have been complaints about flies in the restaurant and the wait times for food. Despite some flaws, King's Restaurant offers amazing food, great customer service, and a cozy, homey atmosphere. It remains a place worth visiting for a taste of comfort food.
