Literally was the first one to wait for food, got ignored twice for other people, and didn't even cut the pizza. Lile they gave no effort to anything

Had to leave after waiting inside for food, , I over heard the cook mention he forgot to put my order in the oven. All I wanted was some chessesteak crazy puffs, now I'm late for work and no food. Horrible

My whole experience was HORRIBLE. I called first and Placed my order, and it still wasn't right. The Mgr was Rude.The cashier in the Middle of helping me, Stopped ringing up my order & picked up the phone TWICE to place someone else's order, instead of putting them on hold, while my food was getting Cold. They didn't Honor(or help with the App issues)the Coupon on the App(2 one topping create your own round Pizza for $4.99). I called in Before making my order to find out if the Steak bits could be made with NO onions&was told Yes(I placed the order Over the Phone&was told they would help with the App issues at the store).I was only given 1 Pizza at $8.99&the 2 sets of bites Both had Onions(I'm Allergic).The Mgr.s name was Heather Antoine, I had to ask someone,because NONE of the Employees wear Name tags. I DON'T RECOMMEND this place...

What ever happened to “hot and ready” ? lol this is the slowest little Caesars ever!
I waited in line for 30 mins, it was busy so that was understandable. But when I got my pizza home and opened the box they left their pizza cutter inside the box on top of my pizza... Didn't eat the pizza so waste of money! But now we have a pizza cutter I guess 😂

I was having trouble ordering online. I finally just went to the store and talked to the lady working the register & window. She was very helpful. She placed my order and had it done in 7 minutes. She also brought the pizza out to me in my car. I thought it wouldve been a long wait time. I got excellent service. 10 GOLD STARS!
