This was the absolute worse and unprofessional group of young individuals I have encountered. Nobody came to assist the drive thru for 8 minutes and blatantly ignored those of us at the window. Two vehicles drove up and went inside and they took their order, while refusing to provide service to the drive thru. After the patrons who went inside to order, 8 minutes after I sat at the drive thru window, they then took my order. I commented that their bell must not be working, even though they looked at us several times, and the young lady states that it does work but they are busy…but again, I was the only customer there for 8 minutes. I will never be a customer of this establishment again.

The people who work here are completely incompetent!! How hard is it to give someone their order after they tell you what they ordered?! Then put it back in and out of the oven twice after you were told what was ordered! Still got my food ice cold… spent 30+ minutes waiting for food that was “done”.
And they didn’t even put the sauce in the bag and I had to walk back in to get it and had to wait another 15 minutes… seemed full staffed… just a bunch of idiots here… never stopping in kinston again… the whole town seems this way.

Went in one night and the thing that got me was the people in the back had the most nasty mouths and this guy had his little girl with him and it seems like they didn't care who heard them I mean it was mf this and mf that and they were telling each other you need to close your mf mouth and on top of that one of the employees was parked in the handycamp space if this is how you run a business then you don't even have to worry about me coming back.

Watched a employee on 8/14/20 hand a man his order he goes and gets in his car and opens the boxes going thru his orders to see if they are right and one is wrong he brings it back into the store hands it to same employee she puts it back in the hot rack and gives him a different pizza. keeping my eyes on the pizza she put back in the hot rack a few minutes later she gives that same pizza to a totally different customer I try to say something she ignores me so I tell the customer what happened with the pizza she got so she can decide what she wants to do. This is completely nasty to do any time but extremely worse right now with all the covid19 problems going on. People beware of this place if they will do this in front of customers just think what they are doing when you can't see them.

I went to the drive-through and paid for my food, The cashier then instructed me to pull around front for 10 min. to wait for my food to be prepared. 20 minutes had past and I saw several people come and go with their food. I went in the restaurant to find out what was going on with my order come to find out they couldn’t find the pizza and handed me a cold pizza from the back the the manager had pink hair and was very rude and unprofessional. I would never visit that location again. Very dissatisfied

I went by Little Caesars yesterday and ordered a 3 Meats Treat Pizza. The pizza has gone up in price from $8 to $9. At that price Pizza Hut and Dominos have better prices on their pizza. I have enjoyed you LCs but I will have to go another route when it comes to my pizza purchases especially since you don't offer coupon discounts like the previous to places I just mentioned.

If you need to drive thru and pick up a hot pizza in a hurry then this is the place to go. They only have a few selections but each one is good

Great stop for take out pizza at most reasonable prices. Love to get the cheese pizza and pepperoni...A meal for two for $5 and still have some left...amazing and good...Recommend. Other pizza options and items as well.
Used the "drive up" window service. Was a line, but it moved quickly. Pizza was hot and tasty as usual for Little Caesars.

At $5 each, you can't go wrong with Little Caesars! I've enjoyed patronizing this business as they always seem to appreciate the business, and I always receive good service here. I can call and order several pizzas and am always greeted with a smile, a hearty thank you, and some piping hot pizzas to take to my guests. Highly recommended!

The prices are great. The pizzas were great the first few months. Now veggies on the supreme pizzas aren't being cooked long enough. It's a great place to get a $5 pepperoni pizza in a hurry. Hot wings are delish but cost way too much money.
