The food we got tasted great. The burger was supposed to be plain with cheese. It had lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and no cheese. Same with the sandwich, no cheese despite ordering it. We also didn't receive the fries we ordered. Not going to bother ordering from here again.

This location is a quaint little spot, easy to miss the yellow sign outside if you don't know where to look.I receive request for deliveries from this location quite often, especially when the time reaches closer to the afternoon. To my knowledge, there are not a whole lot of people who work at this establishment, so there's little surprise that the waiting time is... extensive. I leave it up to you, the reader, if whether or not longer-than-normal waiting times is a deal-breaker. I understand if not everyone is game to wait, at least, 10 minutes for food. One customer told me that they had called ahead, and at time of writing was over an hour ago.To the customer, I recommend they call ahead as soon as possible to make up for the extensive waiting time. To management, I suggest they hire one or two more people, at least for the afternoon.The parking lot is sizeable for the small establishment, but can be easy to miss since it's in the back.I will say that the two ladies who I have seen are sweet and really nice. At time of writing, I've had no trouble with them personally. Therefore, I conclude that the service is just fine.The atmosphere, however, is up for debate. I personally have no trouble with it, but I do understand if the lack of lighting in the area can be off-putting for some people.I had the pleasure of finally trying some of the food at this establishment: namely, the #2 (3 slices of pizza, fries, and sweet tea). Personally, I wouldn't say their stuff is top-tier. As someone else once put it (when I asked for their opinion on the matter), it's fine. Not great, but not bad either.

I ordered a double cheese pizza with French fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything was ice cold!! And even though I paid for extra cheese, I didn't receive it. Worst experience of my life. I will not order from this place again

I just spent 20.00 in this place and I asked for a take out cup and the rude lady had the nerve to tell me they don’t have a takeout cup for my 3.00 drink that I couldn’t drink . Really rude and uncalled for. So I can spend my money in here but asked for a takeout cup for my drink they don’t have one. Really if I could give 0 stars I would . I see why the place is empty the customer service is just awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a steak and cheese sub from here. There was very little meat on the sub, and it didn't even reach either side of the end of bread. It was poorly made and I would be ashamed to serve it to a dog. Stay away!

This looks place is absolutely horrid, not only did they get the total order wrong they did not follow the instructions given. I ordered a hamburger sub, no hamburgers were even on it, wanted ketchup mustard lettuce tomato and onion, so no mayo, it was dripping mayo. It had no lettuce at all. This was a ground beef sloppy joe type sandwich. The other sandwich had everything on it that I wanted. Order French fries and did not even get any ketchup. This place is horrible, not recommended. Can't follow simple instructions and are advertising on thins on menu and making something different.
