Please look at my picture of my double Quarted pounder , the meat is not the same thickness of what it use to be . It's like it was press down and thinner......this made me very disappointed and I will be going to the manager .....as much as I paid for this now the meat get thinner . NOT COOL AT ALL!!!

Tried to use a deal at the kiosk for Free any size fries with the purchase of a drink. Kiosk would not let me complete the order so was told to come to the register. After waiting in line at the register was told can't use the deal for another 10 mins. Could of charged me for the drink and gave me the fries.

Used moble app, waited 20 minutes once i was there, place was empty, had to walk inside and get my food, and of course the food was cold and noone cared!
We went on Sunday after church. We decided to go inside since we had three separate orders. We waited at the counter 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. I decided to do a mobile order. The rest of my group received their food, and I waited another 20 minutes. I only got it then b/c I said something. They got several people orders wrong. They weren't giving out receipts. It was a mess.

Everytime i order online to pick up curbside something is missing or they give me smaller size combo and when i go inside to try to fix it they ignorme and this black lady (manager or supervisor) look at me with a lot of hate like if she don't like hispanic or something thats why ordee curbside to avoid dealing with thoss people and they still make me go inside im very dissapointed of the costumer service is the closest to my house but i think im gonna try different restaurants from now on even if spend a few more dollars

Again milkshake machine was down and the food wasn't what we expected even after ordering a quarter pounder which I thought wasn't made till you ordered it everything was cold Luke warm you could say. I'm going to take a break from there for a while.
