The bathroom are disgusting 🤢and there two grown men in the children's play equipment the whole store needs to be cleaned.They never have Coke it's always out.Do better please.this vist was 06-29-2025 Just close the doors to this McDonald's please

The lobby was closed and the double drive thru was packed and slow. The food ordered was correct but the fries were not hot. This was made right after a few minutes wait.

We had an eventful day and decided to go here to grab a quick dinner for the family. We understand the lobby had just closed and we had no other choice but to go through the drive through. No biggie at the time. . . And mind you it's 10:19 at night. We order a lot. And as we are driving off Im checking the bags to make sure we have everything. And course we are missing a burger out of one of the 5 dollar bags we ordered. As we drive back, the drive through is outrageously packed. We were kindly going to get the attention of a worker that was by the door in the lobby just to see if we could get our 1 burger we were missing. There was an older white guy sitting in his car who happened to be a manager. He rudely said the lobby was closed as he sat in his car parked right outside the front door to McDonald's. We told him we were just trying to get our burger we were missing out one of our kids bag. He got even more rude saying we have to wait in line again like everyone else. We ordered 50 dollars worth of food and waited 25 minutes the first time. So we got back in line. When we got back to the window at 10:52-10:55. . . . A lady was trying to help us. And at this point I had broke out my fish fillet sandwich and wanted to take a bite. There was the smallest dab of tartar sauce up there. Not even enough to lather one bite. So I also asked for some tarter sauce. Well this young guy in a vest wanted to get nasty with us because he didn't check our bag and make sure we had everything, so he was mad we asked for our simple Mc double we were missing and got even more mad when I sat at the window and didn't want to give me tartar sauce. I literally had to open the sandwich to show him there was NO tarter sauce on the fish sandwich and tartar sauce comes with it. All our food was cold at this point. And sorry to say McDonald's fries are disgusting when they're cold. We got nothing but attitude because they messed up our order. And our family got to eat cold food that night with water downed drinks because we spent almost an hour in line trying to get our food. We will not be spending our money at this location anymore. We stay closer to burger king and Wendy's but we chose to drive further down the road to go to our local McDonald's to get a Mc Attitude!!!! Y'all's service really sucks. And when it comes from the shift manager and his shift leads, that's pretty sad. If you don't like your job find something else to do. Because we didn't come with an attitude but we dang sure got one. Day time service is much better. . . Don't go here after dark. Horrible service.
