I believe this McDonalds location would be better if it just shut down. Either that or started from a scratch and hire a whole new crew. Manager and all. Every time I come here, I order my food on the app, go through the drive thru and then I’m always asked to pull forward. No matter what the order is. Why do they have drive thru times if they’re just going to ignore them. I pulled up to spot one for 2 double cheese burger meals. I waited for about 20 minutes for my food before I had to walk inside and ask where my food was. And guess what…it was just sitting there on the counter. This McDonald’s is pointless and just shouldn’t exist. Do better.

I have never had such a Negative experience at a fast food restaurant ! The person at window one and the person that window two were both extremely rude and slammed the window in my face while walking away and saying things that I was not able to understand but definitely being disrespectful..... there is no call for that whatsoever the employees pay keeps going up the prices of food keeps going up and the concept of customer service got thrown out with the trash a long time ago !!!!

Don’t come here unless you want to deal with a screen ordering, and paying on your own and not even a napkin available in the eating area

I went yesterday my bread was hard. My daughter cheeseburger had ketchup everywhere. I go tonight. I made a mobile order and it took 45 minutes to tit. When I do get it they just throw it on the counter. I had asked about it 20 minutes before. I didn't receive an apology or nothing. Very rude people working. I will not return

I’m not sure who sat down and thought this remodel was a good idea but they’ve never heard the phrase “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.”, it’s depressing and miserable industrial minimalism that is empty and soulless. They took away the soda machines to which I’m assuming is to cut costs so you would need to ask an employee for a refill. Which wouldn’t be an issue if they didn’t turn the register counter into a sealed cubby that sits with empty vacancy allowing the employees to hide in the back.
The two times I went inside was to correct an order where I was missing items and I watched as employees leered at me before continuing to hide making me essentially have to walk into the kitchen to get my food. The second had a crowd of people stirring a furor because they’ve waited for over ten minutes for service causing most to walk out.
What a complete fumble, it seems they’ve gotten new managers as well and efficiency has plummeted which is mind numbing, the previous managers were excellent.

They where remodeling te inside and only had the drive through open but we stopped and ordered ,food came out wrong and we had to wait plus it took about 15 minutes to get out order and then I had to go see if it was ready so it was cold very disappointing

Order was wrong per usual. I don't get what ppl don't understand about ordering a "plain cheeseburger". I'm trying to actually save them a bunch of extra steps but even after it's emphasized I want it plain, it's got everything on it. Nothing makes me more mad than that.

When l arrived at the drive thru there was a suv already waiting on the side for their order. I made my order and was told to wait as well. After seeing a few cars come and go another suv was sent to wait by me. I waited for 15 minutes and finally saw a employee come out with only one bag and she handed it to 2 other vehicles before finally bringing it to the right one. I have never seen such unorganized service from a fast food restaurant. I don't make complaints about little things because stuff just happens,but this was unreal. What has happened to all the businesses today? Service sucks and employees are rude and food isn't half as good as it used to be!

Pulled up at 11:35 am for a chicken nugget meal. It finally came out at 11:43. The nuggets were hot, but fries were so cold, they were gummy and drink was watery by then.

When I am working at the IP paper mill in Vanceboro I stay in Kinston. Since I leave the hotel before breakfast I always stop here for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. For what it's worth, this is the happiest staff I have seen for that early in the morning.

After receiving my egg Mcmuffin in the restaurant, I was approached by the young lady working the register, who said she was working all day & had no money for lunch - and asked if I could give her some. Really?! Feed your employees a free lunch McDonalds & train them to not solicit money from customers.
