Absolutely awful service. Their app has been having issues, so I went in to let them know that I couldn't sign in on curbside. The workers proceeded to ignore me, and the manager talked down to me. I had proof of purchase, but couldn't get to any other screen but to see my order.

Fix your stuff, and fix your attitude.

They have started locking their doors 15-30 minutes earlier than their hours state on the doors and it always takes 15-30 minutes to get through their drive thru. It's literally the worst McDonald's to go to in all of North Carolina.

The double drive thru is really messed up and one lane randomly freezes up for 15 minutes if you choose poorly.

Went to the drive thru and was told to wait and after waiting for 2-4 minutes I changed the online order to curbside and then waited another 10 mins even after it said the order was on the way. Went in and asked about the order to receive an attitude so they got one back.

This the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen, I order a filet o fish meal. When I got the order the sandwich was missing, I went to the counter, told them I didn’t get the sandwich. A manager told me it was in the fryer. Went back to my table, waited 15 minutes still no sandwich. Goes back to the counter told another employee who an attitude.she goes to the back and yells” I need a fish”
I stood at the counter an additional 10 minutes, finally she hands me a bag with the sandwich. Goes back to the table, bit into the sandwich and it literally had ice in it. very,very poor service, very rude employees, including the manager. This place need to be closed down.

Employees are VERY rude. Customer service is terrible! I went on a Sunday intending to tip 25$ to whomever took my order and gave me my order however the employees didnt speak, didn’t acknowledge me and even slammed the window! I see why they don’t have business like they used to! I wish I got the employees names, because CORPORATE WILL BE CALLED!

How is it that I can walk in and wait 25 minutes but the drive-thru can continue to work like it's no problem? I swear next time I'm going to park my car in the Drive-Thru and walk in to get decent service.

Everything was good but when I saw this I lost my appetite.and it’s not my hair because my hair is long and straight …I really think they should be wearing hair nets instead of just hats…

The lady with that blue eyeshadow working December 10th at 1 p.m. has the be the most unprofessional person I've met yet, in fast food. Got 2 McChicken value meals, pulled off, had 1 McChicken and 2 fries. Backed STRAIGHT back up to the window and handed the sweet girl at the window the bag, she called over blue eyeshadow lady who said "she's only missing 2 nuggets", like she knew; to which I responded "no, also another sandwich". She said "I packed the bag and know I put 2 in there". I said, do you want to come check my car ? She said, calm down, no need to get loud (?), then proceed to run her mouth after she closed the window. Lady called me a theif due to her mistake while completing her job! Do better, it's okay to be wrong, lady! You can have a good experience daily, all it takes is that one rude, condescending employee to ruin your experience. I hope you can check the tape to prove her wrong and put her in her place. No receipt, so probably around 1:05, brown kia suv.

I stopped here to get a coke. Decided to go inside instead of through the drive-thru because I needed the restroom. After seeing the state of the restaurant, I decided I didn't want any food from there. The trashes were overflowing the floor was filthy. The place is DISGUSTING!
