Have you ever purchased a sandwich that is so good that you wish you had at least another half once you finish eating. That's exactly how I felt when I finished the chicken and cheese sandwich all the way on wheat bread. It was mouth watering delicious and with each bite I realized that I was eating it too fast. The staff here is very friendly and professional. It has been more than 5 years since I was a customer at this restaurant because I live 2 hours away. I happened to be in Kinston today and decided to get a sandwich. I love that everything here is cooked to order arrives at your table hot. Menu is reasonably priced.

So I order me and a friend the chicken kebab platter and a hot dog. Upon getting my food via doordash I find a long black hair in the cucumber salad. I called them to explain and they tell me that I have to call doordash for a refund. Two things: 1) doordash did NOT make or package the food so I'm sure the bald lady didn't stop and get a piece of hair to put in it. 2) why in the entire hell would I want a replaced cucumber salad and not a whole new order and/or a refund. Y'all dropped the ball on this one.
I know they've had some different owners over the last 20 years but they used to have one of the best cheesesteaks anywhere in the state but the last couple of times I got one it wasn't very good at all. I feel like the pizza dough/ crust is different too. It has gone down a bit, we definitely don't eat here as often as we used to.

I order from here on a regular weekly basis with working right down the road. The ladies at the drive thru are always so sweet and friendly. My order is always accurate and never have to wait longer than 10-15mins. They automatically give you napkins, straws, and ketchup without even having to ask. Huge step up compared to other fast food restaurants in Kinston. They have the best sweet tea and homemade ranch in Kinston!
