I know they've had some different owners over the last 20 years but they used to have one of the best cheesesteaks anywhere in the state but the last couple of times I got one it wasn't very good at all. I feel like the pizza dough/ crust is different too. It has gone down a bit, we definitely don't eat here as often as we used to.
I order from here on a regular weekly basis with working right down the road. The ladies at the drive thru are always so sweet and friendly. My order is always accurate and never have to wait longer than 10-15mins. They automatically give you napkins, straws, and ketchup without even having to ask. Huge step up compared to other fast food restaurants in Kinston. They have the best sweet tea and homemade ranch in Kinston!
The Olympian Restaurant has one, if not the best cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten. Pricing is a little on the high side but since the food is better than most local places it’s worth paying a little extra money to get something that beats all their other competition nearby.
