Ordered pizza at 6:20, employee started for delivery it would be 15-20 minutes. After an hour, we called to check on the status and said it had just been picked up for delivery. 30 more minutes past and finally got a call from door dash driver who only spoke Spanish. They had gone to wrong house. Finally got the pizza at 8pm and it was COLD!! Called the store and they didn’t care one bit.

Food was a big disappointment, we ordered delivery for 30honey Chipotle wings and this is what we recieved.
Pathetic that papa John’s has a 40% off of regular price and when you choose it, it tells you you have not spent enough money to have it delivered. Never will get another pizza from Papa John’s. Have loved the pizza for years. Guess company is no longer friendly

PSA: This location is undercooking the pizzas. The crust is soft and gummy. Eating under cooked pizza dough can cause food poisoning, diarrhea, vomiting, and bad stomach cramps. Order at your own risk.
