All was nice. Quiet. Music was at a good low volume. Tamara was very helpful with describing menu and options. She came many times to ask if all was good and if we needed anything. Food was delicious. I had the destructed cabobs, and side salad. Others had burbon chicken. Thank you so much for treating our family nice!
We decided to get take out on New Year's Day at Ruby's Tuesday and we were disappointed that we were not able to get fresh food. We both got ribs and lobster bisque which immediately made us both of us sick running for the bathroom. The ribs were dried up and cold and the Lobster Bisque didn't taste fresh.

They need to shut the doors on the place, from the food to the employees, I wish I was an undercover food inspector I would fire every shift and rehire the entire staff, mash potatoes runny, smash burgers are quarter pounders, the manager and waiters have nasty attitudes and that’s definitely not good for any business, but I see this is typical Kinston standards so I don’t expect any changes 🤦🏾♂️ sMh

Great Place, great quality food. Love their new entrees and their daily specials that vary. Service is great. Very helpful staff very friendly very together on time making sure you get what you wanted. I would always go back there.

Had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday's here in Kinston Tamara and Nick were awesome and professional made me feel like one of them (accepted) with warmth and love something I had never felt before, not even from my own family. They provided great food, great customer service a-top great emotional care and support from years of abuse on the farm. Nick and Tamara did in 2 hours what 30 years of intense therapy couldn't. Bottom line you want a great meal and a great time go to Ruby Tuesdays Kinston. You might just leave with more than you came with. Not to mention Tamara is a total smoke show 😜 where them digits at gurl!!!?
