Walked in and it was clear one lady was seating and serving at lunch on Monday, 4/1 and was itwas not April Fools joke. We almost left before being seated thinking service was going to be horrible. But we saw this one lady managing the lunch crowd very efficiently. This server was A+++++ . I left a 20% tip and told her I hope your manager appreciates you. Best attitude and service!!! Our burgers were also good so cudos to the cook as well.

They seemed to be short staffed & the food honestly was not good my mash potatoes were semi cold as well as the mac n cheese the steak was supposed to be medium well & it was really rare this is one of my favorite restaurants & we were truly disappointed as well as spending over $50 But the waitress was really great & did apologize for the service

It's my 1st time at this location and definitely my last. A $50 lesson.We ordered ribs ask for additional BBQ sauce when we ordered. The ribs were not at all delicious. The waitress gave us ice cold BBQ sauce to put on barely above room temperature, clearly boiled ribs. I asked if cold BBQ sauce is customary and requested she wsrm it. She said per the cook no. We still gave her a decent tip. Shame on the cook. Other Ruby Tuesday have decent food.This location was terrible! Even the iced brown water they called tea. If you're looking for a good meal, keep looking. You won't find it here.
