I noticed they went down on portion sizes, on bbq sandwiches but still the same price?This is manipulation of customers and I don't appreciate it . Only reason 4 out of five stars
Smithfield’s Chicken & Bar-B-Q in Kinston, North Carolina is like walking into a comfort food hug. From the moment you walk in, the smell of slow-cooked barbecue and fried chicken practically tackles you (in the best way possible). The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right, and that BBQ? Oh, it’s smoky, tender, and has that “I might need a second plate” effect. The hush puppies are dangerously addictive — I swear they disappear faster than a mosquito...
Well prepared BBQ plates with baby shrimp, slaw, fries, puppies and bread. Nice sauces and sides too. Good Ole sweet tea. Servers were well trained and professional. A lot of police officers eat there.
