While the food might be exceptional, the employees need proper training on how to handle sensitive consumer information. The last thing that should ever be done is posting images of the credit card to social media.

This establishment posted a picture of a customer credit card online. The customer got fraudulent charges. The owner doesn’t even apologize and makes it seem like the bank should handle it all. Yes the bank should work to get the money back but you as a business owner should have at least made a statement with a apology to the customer and actions taken to make sure it doesn’t happen again. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They do not care about their customers at all. Yes this happened to a customer who frequently eats there which makes it worse.

their employees posted a customers credit card ..front and backside of it on social media! the customer is on a fixed income and had 2,000$ of unauthorized charges on their credit card due to this!!

Have eaten from them many many times. The food did not taste the same today 4-17-24. I had to throw away my hush puppies…cooked much earlier or leftovers. The chicken was not the same seasoning …nothing in the plate tasted the same. The plate was much skimpy. Cake $4.00 + per slice! Wow! Also young lady serving the food did not want to get a slice of cake for me. I had passed the cake and was going to the register I asked her to get me a slice of cake and she hollered out in front of the rest of the customers “you get those when you come in as you pass it so you know the next time” little did she know that I’ve eaten there many times. I just didn’t know in the moment that I wanted the cake. There was no need for that. You don’t even talk to a first time customer in that tone. Very sad that they have gotten to this level.
