I completed an online order and requested “more” cucumber and honey mustard. I called the store to advise that I didn’t get the extra cucumber or honey mustard. When I called the store, the person who answered told me that my sandwich would be replaced at any time. A few minutes later I received a call back from Roberta who states that I had to return right now with the sandwich and they would replace it. When I told her I had returned to work and could not go back right now she acted as if she didn’t care. I regret that I spent my money here for Roberta to act like I was an inconvenience to her.

Went in the store today and ordered a steak and cheese sub. The bread that they made the sandwich on was a leftover six inch piece that was so hard that I couldn't chew it. I complained to the maker and asked for a fork so that I could at least eat the sandwhich ingredients. No more business of mine at this location from this local, frequent customer.

Today I had a bad experience with a women she was white women with glasses and she was very rude, she had a bad attitude threw the things at us. Rude talking to us calling us racist when we are Hispanics. Please fire her immediately and hired someone with a nicer attitude that wants to work.
