Their food was actually decent the guy at the window was definitely having a hard night I could tell but it's ok he wasn't rude to me but I felt so bad for him I know he was cold he . I had to go inside still to request my sour cream AND THATS OK WE ALL MESS UP I loved the fact that the 2 gentleman we're very polite I wish I had asked their names but this was 2 nights ago in kinston nc around 7 or 8 pm I'd say .I'm still giving 5 stars because of the 2 gentleman the drive through male and the front counter or cook not sure may have been freezing cold but still we're extremely nice & very willing to fix my food.. I've not eaten at a taco bell in years so I was very pleased 😀 and THE INSIDE OF THEIR RESTAURANT WAS ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS CLEAN VERY VERY CLEAN

This is one of the best Taco Bells I’ve ever been to. Food is always super fast and correct. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
